    Reply from: Rabbie's Tours
Hello Diane, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed review with us. I'm really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the sights on your 5-day Devon & Cornwall tour. Cornwall is one of my favourite areas too, and the sights really are quite special. I'm pained to hear that your experience with the driver-guide wasn't ideal. We genuinely want all of our guests to have an amazing time, and we know how important the role of our driver-guides plays in the overall experience. Rest assured that I’ve forwarded your feedback to our operations team so they can discuss it directly with Andrew. Since you booked your trip through Tour Radar, it was sold as a package including all attractions. However, on Rabbie’s website, customers have the option to add or exclude tickets for each attraction. I apologise that this wasn’t available for you, and I appreciate that both these sites are not fully easily accessible for everyone. I’m sorry to hear that the ride on our mini-bus was uncomfortable. We do recognise that these vehicles have less space inside, which may not suit everyone. To help guests make informed choices before booking, we do try to clearly outline the types of vehicles used on our tours. It’s a shame that this experience has put you off travelling with us again. If there’s anything else I can do to assist or perhaps change your mind, please don't hesitate to contact us through feedback@rabbies.com. Best regards, Camille Rabbie's Customer Experience Team

Accommodation and breakfast at said accommodation are included in the rate quoted.

    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten June 2026

We welcome customers of different mobility levels and ages, and that means every passenger can do as much or as little as they wish to. The walking breaks rarely take longer than 30 minutes. I would recommend checking websites for the main attractions on this tour, Stonehenge and Tintagel Castle, to get a better idea of their accessibility options, as the historic sites can be a bit challenging.

We are on the Cornwell tour from London on the 14 th we have 2 medium suitcases is this ok

    Tour Details
    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten June 2026

There is limited space on our mini-coaches so luggage is restricted. Each passenger is entitled to one 20kg bag, plus one small bag for personal items:

      - Your main luggage must not exceed 55cm x 45cm x 25cm/22in x 17in x 10in in size and 20kg (44lbs) in weight. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline cabin bag.
      - A small bag for personal items such as a handbag, purse or small backpack.

Please ensure you can lift and carry your own luggage without assistance. Unfortunately we're not able to accommodate larger or heavier bags, please ensure you pack accordingly or store excess baggage prior to departure.

    Tour Details
    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten May 2026

    Asked on May 13th, 2026

Will there be other dates opening up for 2027? We would prefer not to go in winter, but do appreciate travel in the shoulder seasons.

    Price / Availability
    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten May 2026

Our seasons are split - so we have tour dates available up until the end of March 2027. However, the rest of the 2027 tour dates will become available much later next year, I cannot confirm exactly when but likely around August or September.

    Cindy

    Asked on May 5th, 2026

Will this tour go to St. Michael Mount and will we be able to go to the island and visit the town and castle?

    Tour Details

The tour stops for a photo op of St Michael's Mount but there will not be time to go out to visit the island, I'm afraid.

    • C

      Cindy

      TravelerWritten May 2026

Would there be any possibility we would have time to do it on our free time when in the area?

    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten May 2026

Usually you get free time in the evenings, after the tour finishes for the day. Times can vary from 6pm onwards. You would have to pre-book a taxi I imagine, in order to make the journey. Alternatively, you can abandon the tour during the photo stop, and make your own way back to the accommodation in Falmouth when you are ready. Please note that you'll be missing the stops for the day, as catching up with the tour is not possible due to the flexibility of the itinerary.

I've responded with instructions to your friend's email on how she can share the tour details with you. Please ask her to check the email she used to make this booking.

Please note that this booking and trip won't appear under your account as your friend is the lead traveller, but with the link she provides, you will be able to view booking information or update your traveller details.

    Asked on April 23rd, 2026

Do you work with Travel Agent Commissions? Are these tours set up for older clients?

    Age Range
    Operator
    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten April 2026

Yes, we absolutely work with travel agents! TourRadar is an online booking platform for organised adventures designed to help both travellers and advisors find their next dream adventure.

Here's what we offer for travel agents:

      • Free account — no fees to sign up
      • Access to your own TourRadar Agent Dashboard
      • Earn up to 12% commission on every booking you place — that's an average of USD 400 on a booking of USD 5,000
      • 50,000+ organised adventures across 160+ countries from your favourite operators

Once signed in to your Agent account, you can see both the commission rate % and the exact commission amount directly on the tour search results page.

      Regarding tours for older clients:

Absolutely — there are many tours well-suited for older travellers! When browsing tours, we recommend checking the following:

      • Age restrictions — each tour listing will indicate if there are any minimum or maximum age requirements
      • Physical rating — you can filter by how physically demanding a tour is, making it easy to find relaxed, low-intensity options
      • If you have specific questions about suitability for a particular tour, you can always contact the operator directly for more details

    Asked on April 22nd, 2026

I'm a solo traveller hoping to join for the 29th May-2nd June tour. I was wondering if it is at all possible to join this tour from Exeter, when you arrive on 29th May?

    Tour Details
    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten April 2026

Yes, you can join the tour at Exeter from day 2 onwards. Please note, that we won't be able to offer a discount in price regarding any missed stops.

You'll have to head to your accommodation when you arrive in Exeter, as the group will be dropped off to their respective accommodations in the evening, so you won't be able to meet your group then. You'll get picked up the next day to join the group at approximately 9am.

    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten April 2026

The Minack Theatre will be visited if it's open on the day; availability is entirely dependent on their schedule at the time of the visit.

    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten April 2026

TourRadar does not offer concession or discounted fares, they sell tickets as either adult or child only.

    • Rabbie's ToursOperatorWritten April 2026

When booking through TourRadar, accommodation is included in the tour price, as they sell the tour as a complete package. This differs from booking directly with us, where accommodation can sometimes be arranged separately depending on the tour.

Naturally, daily fluctuations in the exchange rate will affect the final price in USD. As of today, the pricing for the Bed & Breakfast option for solo travelers is USD $1,413.51, and the hotel option is priced at USD $1,719.
