What are the departure time and location in London, and expected arrival time and location back in London at the end of the tour?

We are on the Cornwell tour from London on the 14 th we have 2 medium suitcases is this ok

There is limited space on our mini-coaches so luggage is restricted. Each passenger is entitled to one 20kg bag, plus one small bag for personal items: - Your main luggage must not exceed 55cm x 45cm x 25cm/22in x 17in x 10in in size and 20kg (44lbs) in weight. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline cabin bag. - A small bag for personal items such as a handbag, purse or small backpack. Please ensure you can lift and carry your own luggage without assistance. Unfortunately we're not able to accommodate larger or heavier bags, please ensure you pack accordingly or store excess baggage prior to departure.

can you pay to walk inside the Stonehenge area.

Admission to Stonehenge is included in the tour price. This is standard entry, allowing you to see the stones up close; however, please note that access inside the stone circle itself is restricted, so you will not be able to walk amongst them.

Will there be other dates opening up for 2027? We would prefer not to go in winter, but do appreciate travel in the shoulder seasons.

Our seasons are split - so we have tour dates available up until the end of March 2027. However, the rest of the 2027 tour dates will become available much later next year, I cannot confirm exactly when but likely around August or September.

Will this tour go to St. Michael Mount and will we be able to go to the island and visit the town and castle?

The tour stops for a photo op of St Michael's Mount but there will not be time to go out to visit the island, I'm afraid.

I'm a solo traveller hoping to join for the 29th May-2nd June tour. I was wondering if it is at all possible to join this tour from Exeter, when you arrive on 29th May?

Yes, you can join the tour at Exeter from day 2 onwards. Please note, that we won't be able to offer a discount in price regarding any missed stops. You'll have to head to your accommodation when you arrive in Exeter, as the group will be dropped off to their respective accommodations in the evening, so you won't be able to meet your group then. You'll get picked up the next day to join the group at approximately 9am.

is the green line bus terminal the same place as the victoria coach station?

It's not the same place no, the Greenline Coach Station is diagonal from the Victoria Coach Station, on Bulleid Way. If using google maps, putting in Bulleid Way should be enough to get you to the exact location of the tour.

Twelve tourists on a sixteen passenger bus was about the best possible ratio. Two Canadians, two Germans, two Australians, a four person adult group of Ohioans and two North Carolinians, the slightly heterogenous mix worked well. The tour was well designed, I think, but it lacked a guide. Instead we had a competent driver who never left his seat except when groaningly loading or unloading bags. Other Rabbie’s drivers/guides we encountered along the way assisted both elderly and young with luggage to and from the domicile, but not ours, and I suspect the others occasionally showed the way on excursions to points of interest. Our driver’s ill health (obesity, certainly, praps other ailments) meant none of that was available to us. We were on our own to sink or swim after he drove away to park or fuel the vehicle. Several forty-something passengers stepped up to shepherd the rest. Many miles were passed with no word from the driver about what was visible out the coach windows. We heard almost nothing about the towns, the significant buildings, the terrain, the weather, the vegetation, the crops, the industries, the history … nothing, really, other than reminisces from his personal life and that which he found interesting, pubs. Pubs were the one thing that would provoke him to educate us. We drowned in pub tales. I’m glad my wife and I took the tour. I lament how much better it could and should have been.Show more

Our tour overall was excellent. Gabriel was an amazing host, personable, knowledgeable and truly customer focused in his support to all 14 of us. The itinerary was great and we saw many places we would never have discovered on our own. The only feedback that was just an Okay experience was the 2 nights in Exeter. The hotel was fine but the destination as a place to stay was not consistent with the ambience of the other locations we visited. It felt more industrial. Perhaps a different town for the 2 nights would enhance the trip instead of detract from it.Show more

The pros: the destinations along the route through Cornwall and Devon were great and we wish we had about an hour more to spend at several of them, particularly Winchester, Port Isaac, and Glastonbury. We met some nice people who were on our tour as well. The cons: this tour got off on the wrong foot as our driver (Andrew) was a half-hour late showing up. He also did not have the information he needed from Rabbie's office, so those of us who booked the accommodations package through Rabbie's had no idea where we were staying when Andrew asked us, and he needed to call the office in Scotland to find out. He told us that Rabbie's sent him with an empty info folder. Bathroom breaks were few, many of us had to handle our own luggage on and off the van, AND we who were toward the back of the van did not hear a very important announcement that Andrew made about the arrival time at Minack Theater and so did not have tickets. Without tickets they will not even let you use the restroom at Minack so don't even try. Could it be that Andrew did not use the PA system to tell "everybody" about the arrival time? Probably. And speaking of Minack, perhaps Rabbie's should offer an either-or choice of included admissions between Tintagel and Minack Theater. Given the choice we would have saved the wear-and-tear on our aging bodies by choosing Minack Theater over the very unpleasant climb through Tintagel. Next: these vans are way.too.small. The seats are narrow with no leg room, no place to put a water bottle, and to be scrunched up in them for 2.5-3 hours at a time on long tour days with no restroom is almost torturous on a senior citizen's body. I would only recommend these tours for young, thin, healthy people. Also, the advantage of having a van compared to a big coach is gone if the driver only sticks to the main roads in order to complete the day's itinerary by dinnertime. We would return to Cornwall in a heartbeat. We would not do a Rabbie's tour again.Show more

However, on Rabbie’s website, customers have the option to add or exclude tickets for each attraction. We do recognise that these vehicles have less space inside, which may not suit everyone.   Usually you get free time in the evenings, after the tour finishes for the day. Times can vary from 6pm onwards. You would have to pre-book a taxi I imagine, in order to make the journey. Alternatively, you can abandon the tour during the photo stop, and make your own way back to the accommodation in Falmouth when you are ready. Please note that you'll be missing the stops for the day, as catching up with the tour is not possible due to the flexibility of the itinerary.

is the green line bus terminal the same place as the victoria coach station?

  It's not the same place no, the Greenline Coach Station is diagonal from the Victoria Coach Station, on Bulleid Way. If using google maps, putting in Bulleid Way should be enough to get you to the exact location of the tour.

This is because we calculate the prices based on the British Pound rates provided by the tour operator and convert them to USD for your convenience. Naturally, daily fluctuations in the exchange rate will affect the final price in USD. As of today, the pricing for the Bed & Breakfast option for solo travelers is USD $1,413.51, and the hotel option is priced at USD $1,719.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Rabbie's Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Rabbie's Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Rabbie's Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
