I found the Kenya Comfort Hotel to be seriously lacking. For the amazing day at Maasi Mara, please include the price of the jeep in the tour. There is no way we could have seen what we saw if we had been in the big bus. Please also upgrade the bus to include an electronic ice chest. We all purchased beverages that needed to be chilled, and ice was almost impossible to find. Finally, the tents are old, heavy and difficult to assemble. Please consider a tent upgrade for the future.Show more

Great tour - not only did we have a fantastic time on Safari and get to see the Big 5 but our cook (Malinga), driver (Steve) and guide (Leah) were fantastic. They went over and beyond to help us see so many animals, were patient when we had any issues, and ensured I could eat all the meals (I can't have dairy or gluten). All in all a great trip for the cost. Although be warned this is 100% a rough and tough camping trip - expect zero luxury!Show more
