Covering 2,100 km in 8 days is definitely an epic journey with some long driving days! While we don't currently offer a 10-day option for this specific itinerary, we always highly recommend that our travelers add an extra night or two pre- or post-tour if they can. Your "top tips" regarding trainers, scarves, sleeping bag liners, and USB-A cables are incredibly practical, and we know future travelers reading your review will find them immensely helpful!However, we also want to sincerely apologize for the areas where your experience fell short, particularly regarding the minibus comfort and your dietary requirements. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and your feedback about the seatbelts and loose seat pads on the minibus is deeply concerning. We have already passed these exact details along to our transport management team in Morocco to inspect and service that specific vehicle immediately. We want to ensure all safety restraints are fully functional and comfortable for the long $2,000\text{ km}$ journey. Furthermore, we are incredibly sorry to hear about the breakdown in communication regarding your food intolerance during your day in Marrakech. Group tours should provide a safety net for dietary needs, and it is disappointing that our local guide did not properly coordinate with the restaurant, leading to you being unwell for the rest of your week. We are addressing this directly with our Marrakech guiding team to ensure that all guest allergies and intolerances are strictly communicated and double-checked at every single meal stop moving forward. Thank you again for your honesty and for helping us refine our services.
