He was the best! It's been 3 years now and we still often think back at the awesome memories made. I couldn't imagine travelling up and down Egypt without Rey and the whole plan already made for us. Truly an awesome deal for the price. Nothing but value for over a week straight. So worth it!

The itinerary is full, with long days on the bus, but worth it to see the outstanding historical and natural wonders.. We were a small group of ten, a private tour. Our guides, Remon in Egypt and Abud in Jordan, were friendly, informative and enthusiastic, and looked after us from start to finish. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the food fantastic. I highly recommend this tour.
Having a great guide like Rey can be the difference between a fantastic tour and an OK one. Ray shared his passion and his knowledge of Egypt with our group over ten days. He was super- well organiz…Having a great guide like Rey can be the difference between a fantastic tour and an OK one. Ray shared his passion and his knowledge of Egypt with our group over ten days. He was super- well organized and made things happen without a fuss. He managed to keep us on time and together. He made us his family: his Habibi's. We always knew exactly what the plan was and he was flexible enough to modify the itinerary when folk were tired or not especially interested in something. The highpoints of this sector of the tour were the Balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings and the trip to Abu Simbel. The Hurghada resort on the Red Sea might have looked fancy but basic things like the plumbing or A/C didn't work reliably. That's not the tour company's fault though. The overnight train from Cairo to Aswan to join the cruise boat was definitely an experience too. Timing of temple visits was sometimes an issue for me. We arrived at several at midday, which meant there was absolutely no shade to be had. We also visited two temples at dusk, which I thought was just asking for a twisted ankle.
Our experience in Jordan was not quite as good. Our guide spent most of his time talking with his trainee rather than us, he shared little about the sites, and logistics for the next day were often not clearly communicated. Wadi Rum and Petra were definitely the stand out experiences here despite long bus days and poorly timed breaks.

For my vegetarian friends, the crew on the Nile cruise ensured there was always grilled veggies on our table besides the buffet options. Overall people are nice and we felt safe. Definitely recommend the tour.

As someone with a severe food allergy, I was initially concerned about dining during my trip, but Remon went above and beyond to ensure I always had safe and delicious options at every venue. His attentiveness made a potentially stressful situation completely seamless.
What I appreciated most were his recommendations and optional tours—each one was thoughtfully chosen and added something unique to the experience. He’s respectful and caring, almost like a dad, which made me feel incredibly safe throughout the journey.

Hany was excellent at organising the itinerary for us, he made sure everything was perfect and did such an amazing job. Our tour guide in Egypt was Remon, he became part of the family. He was the best tour guide anyone could ask for. Ramon was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about Egypt. He kept us safe, in line and on time, went above and beyond to help us and had an answer for every question we threw at him. You can tell this is his passion and he would do anything to make it unforgettable.
Egypt is a beautiful country, we added an extra few nights to do Alexandria then the north coast. Highly recommended. The temples and pyramids are breathtaking and Nile cruise was an experience. Also highly recommend Abu Simbel temple and hot air ballooning over Luxor.
Jordan took us by surprise. Such a beautiful country, amazing food and such friendly people. Petra and Wadi Rum is a must see. I wish we had more time in Jordan as it felt a little rushed. Maybe next time I’d add a few more nights - adding an extra night in Petra and Wadi Rum. Then to experience more, like the canyons.
Both countries were so safe, beautiful and had such amazing food. I could go on for hours but do yourself an favour and book this tour to experience it for yourself.
Thanks you Timeless Tours for making this such an unforgettable experience for us. We’ll cherish these memories forever.

He is very professional, experienced and hardworking tour guide, the Best too! The entire trip was planned so well and smoothly. My family and I had the best time and Remon is the anchor to the joy that the entire group experienced. He even ensured to arrange surprise parties for a wedding anniversary and birthday of our Habibis. Most importantly, his knowledge of Egypt history and culture is very rich and he proudly shared it with us. Egypt is Amazing and I would sincerely recommend (and I have had referred Expat Explore to my friends :-)) REMON to lead the tour with his profession, kindness and hospitality. I've joined other Expat tour but by far, Remon is the BEST tour leader!! Thank you Remon for an unforgettable trip.

There was so much to see and learn; so much to keep track of and Remon not only kept us moving but also brought us closer together as a group. I'm well traveled as an independent explorer and this was my first organized tour. While I've nothing to compare it to, I would certainly be open to do others in the future thanks to Remon and Timeless Tours.

During our trip we had a small issue with a staff member on the cruise and Remon was very quick to sort the problem. That is the measure of an excellent tour guide. As travelling alone in a group tour for the first time, I had my apprehensions. But Egypt has been a wonderful experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Ray. He is calm and patient and ensured that all are comfortable and having a good time. The group full of strangers walked out as friends, and Ray surely gets the credit for that. I can speak on behalf of all of us, it turned out to be far better than we expected.
The tour did not feel typically commercial at all, but humane and kindness of the people behind it, shined throughout. :)

We felt like a family which played a huge part in why this tour was so special. Of course the sites on the tour were extraordinary and mind-blowing but the close knit friends we made as a group was equally special and that is owed to the way Ray created a family feel amongst the group from day 1. Each member of the group will attest to this as we have already discussed it. Ray is a champion and we wish the best for him and I'm looking forward to bringing my family along next tour to meet Ray and partake of his services.
Travelling all the way from Australia i was worried i wouldn't get my moneys worth but i feel like i recieved ten times what i paid for and i am thankful to tour radar and my friend Ray for that experience.

He was very informative, had answers to all our questions, incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. The only kinda downside is it’s very rushed, but there’s so much to see so it’s understandable. The extras were well worth paying to see/do too. Seriously considering doing this trip again next year !

The Jordan part of the tour really needs work, far too much driving time and you were essentially only given 3 hours at the Petra site which is one of the main reasons why you go to Jordan. Our guide for Jordan was dispassionate and not engaging with our group, however the sites we saw were amazing!

Our biggest complaint about the trip was with the “cruise” portion. However, that may be due to our expectations being higher than our reality. The boat was very dated, had mechanical issues, and even though we were in the Egyptian desert, our room stayed cooler with the window open than it did with the AC turned on. They didn’t have linen for the beds when they were pushed together, but just used the normal twin size bed linens.
The crew was friendly and accommodating and the food was OK. Personally, we would rather have sit down meals instead of a buffet every night and would have enjoyed the option to purchase the unlimited package that other cruisers enjoyed.

Remon was probably the best guide I have ever had, knowledgeable, funny, and 300% accommodating to any late requests, he truly went out of his way for us to have a great experience in Egypt! I would strongly recommend this tour, the company to anyone, and I will have a look at other tours with them in the future!

The itinerary was very well designed; I managed to visit almost 80% of Egypt in just 10 days.
My guide, Remon, was wonderful—the best I could have wished for: he was clear, helpful, kind, attentive to our needs, and very knowledgeable. He allowed me to connect with Egypt’s culture and history, sparking my curiosity and passion for this fascinating world. I feel truly lucky to have had Remon as my guide, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
One of the highlights was the cruise upgrade, which allowed me to explore the country while sailing along the Nile—it was such a unique and magical experience. I also had the chance to try the hot air balloon ride and to visit Abu Simbel: both were absolutely unforgettable and definitely “must-do” experiences that made my trip even more special.
The transportation was well organized and the drivers were fantastic: there were never any delays or inconveniences.
I am deeply grateful to Remon for this journey—without him, seeing Egypt would not have been the same!

He always told us what to avoid in order to steer clear of scams and to stay safe. He is a truly kind person and incredibly resourceful. I will never forget this trip — I highly recommend it!

This tour blended everything I needed whilst also moving at a pace that felt like there was time to recharge. I particularly liked the length of time at the Red Sea so I could scuba dive. I had Remon as my guide who was knowledgeable, kind and great sense of humour. I felt extremely safe on this tour and with Remon and at no stage had a second thought about being scammed or concerns for safety. I can’t recommend this tour and this company more. Without hesitation I will be using timeless tours for any tours in future and will be recommending to my friends and family.

Safety was a top concern but Hany was extremely responsive and indicated how flexible they are should I have wanted to adjust plans! Not only did it feel very safe throughout the trip but I had a blast on the Luxor hot air balloon (and of course loved all of the temples and sites)! After the safety concerns, the next thing I appreciated most about this trip was how small the group was. My group was only 6-9 people during the 10 day trip but we periodically combined with different people from another small group and this was very enjoyable! (I am still texting regularly with many of these friends & we hope to meet up again in Egypt and other countries!) I had a terrific time but shared my feedback for improvement and this was taken earnestly. I really appreciate a company that cares about their clients even after payment or transaction is complete. It shows they value their mission, customers and reputation. I had a great time and would love to go on another tour run by Timeless Tours!

This is only the 2nd time I have ever travelled and this time I went solo which was very brave of me but with our guide and our group it felt like being on holiday with family. Remon I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us and to Hani who arranged everything and put my mind at ease before I travelled. Would I do this again??! All the tran…The itinerary and our guide Remon were amazing (Timeless Tours). I’ve built my own itineraries for many other countries but I know I could not have done half as much as we did in Egypt. All the transiting and ticket buying were taken care of so we could just relax and enjoy each site. Remon, adjusted our plans as we went allowing us to add additional activities or skip certain spots based on the needs / energy level of the group. Overall, it was an amazing trip and I highly recommend it.

The early starts on travelling days were well worth the effort to fit in all of the incredible sights we were taken to. Our tour guide Remon / Ray did an excellent job of looking after us at every step, through several upgraded travel transfers and did his best in helping the wheelchair-bound member of our party through the whole trip. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and nothing was too much trouble.

They were super helpful with all the questions I sent them before the tour. They were great from the moment I landed to the moment I left. The activities, the food, and the people on the tour were fabulous, as well! Loved it! My highlights were everything but I especially liked the Valley of the Kings, cruising the Nile and all the related attractions, visiting Alexandria, the cave church, and the sunrise hot air balloon excursion.
