The cruise was a lovely fun interlude - staff were so supportive and friendly. I have travelled all over and it is probably one of my best trips ever- Timeless Tours were simply outstanding in many respects - the tour guides Christine in Cairo was informative, helpful & more like a friend than a guide she asked what I wanted to do, when and then made it all seem very effortless; Amgad whom I spent time with from Aswan, the cruise, Abel Sembel onto Luxor was always there to ensure I had the very best experience and everything went smootly. He always explained what was happening next & what to expect. Even when I left him in Luxor to go to Hurghada he was still checking on how things were progressing, tickets, airport drop off pick up - honestly above & beyond, I can not say too many compliments. From the very beginning in Cairo, Mina set the tone for what would become a truly unforgettable experience. Visiting the Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Step Pyramid was already breathtaking—but Mina brought each site to life with his deep knowledge and genuine passion for ancient Egyptian history. What made this even more impressive is that English is not his first language, yet he explained everything so clearly, engagingly, and with such enthusiasm that we were completely captivated at every stop. The itinerary itself was amazing—from an unexpected upgrade to a flight to Aswan, to exploring the beautiful Philae Temple, and then beginning our Nile cruise. Along the way, Mina guided us through Kom Ombo, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple with such care and insight. One of the absolute highlights was the sunrise hot air balloon over the Valley of the Kings—an unforgettable moment. In Luxor, seeing Hatshepsut’s Temple and Tutankhamun’s mummy was incredible, and Mina ensured we understood the significance of everything we were seeing. Later, in Hurghada, we had the chance to relax and enjoy snorkelling and scuba diving. What truly sets Mina apart, though, is the way he looks after his guests.   How long is the bus ride back from Hurghada and what time would we be leaving from the resort? If we decide to upgrade to fly back, how would that work? Finally, we are looking at the 4/17 trip, if we leave the US on 4/16 and arrive really late on 4/17, would that work or would we have to leave on 4/15? And what about our return flight, what date should we book it for?

  The bus ride back from Hurghada takes about 5-6 hours. We would be leaving from the resort at about 6 am.
  If you decided to fly back. We will check the available flights either on day 7 in the evening or day 8 in the morning, will arrange for the airport transfers and the reunion with the rest of the group. You could decide about the flight upgrade while on the tour.

  On the Tour Radar site it says ' Your tour price includes domestic flight from Cairo to Aswan' and still is advertised as such. I have the screenshot. BUT documentation from Timeless Tours that we received shortly after says that this is an additional upgrade ?? Please confirm that the flight is indeed part of the package as promoted.
