Here is the accommodation list: Amman international hotel H Luxury hotel in Petra Oasis camp in Wadi Rum The average group size is 4-14 people We provide the airport transfers from and the to the airport 24 hours a day according to traveler's flight details. The single room supplement is mandatory for solo travelers. However, once you book the tour, I will check with the other solo travelers if any of them would prefer to share a twin room with you.

We would be keen to sleep in Bedouin tents whilst in Wadi Rum. We are keen walkers so Petra could include the walking routes for example the backdoor trail ?any thoughts /suggestions? we are trying to find the best value and affordable for some of younger teachers. Is there a 'best sized' group for cost and practicality?

Hotel accommodation as mentioned or similar. Daily breakfast & Daily Dinner 2-hour Jeep tour in Wadi Rum. Overnight stay at Wadi Rum camp. Barbecue dinner party at the Wadi Rum camp. Entrance fees to attraction sites (USD 110 per adult).

Overall a reasonable trip. Arrivals meetup was extremely helpful, very informative and polite and a great driver to the hotel. Great day in Amman, worth every minute at the citadel and museum. Jerash well worth the visit and paid for a guide. Petra was fantastic and we had a great guide included. However, Wadi Rum was disappointing as we did not visit all of the sites that were documented and included in the package such as Lawrence of Arabia caves. The tour driver Abnan offered upsells to see additional sites in wadi rum at 50€ the day before and then 25€ on the day to see the rock bridge but not the other already included sites. The wadi ute driver gave his best effort and took some great photos. The issue was with the whole tour driver. Throughout the trip Abnan’s attitude was at times rude and abrasive which lead to a verbal altercation after which the drivers behaviour improved. Note that the driver appeared to be a subcontractor and this was not Timeless Tours who seemed to outsource our tour, it was only the two of us and no small group. Additionally the accomodation in the Wadi Rum night was in a district nearby the area but not Wadi Rum itself. Wadi Rum nearby accomodation was a good standard just not where it said it would be. Accomodation in Amman International Hotel was fantastic. Petra accomodation also great. The last day was rushed by the driver with very limited time at St. George Church and Mount Nebo, yet the driver was happy to spend more time lounging at the Dead Sea instead. Overall this had the potential to be a great experience with the right driver/guide.Show more

Positive: The tour took you to the places it said, The hotels were good. Negative: We were given the wrong instructions of which hotel to meet up, which was when we found out the tour was subcontracted to another provider (tour 500) which meant we had no contact number to get help, this involved a day of trying to contact the company, it was only resolved by a kind hotel owner not the company who only emailed 2 days later. First contact with the representative we were told we have to give money for tips of £40 per person which was not stated anywhere in the information. The tour is advertised as a maximum of 15 people but there were 41 people on the tour, due to this there was lots of waiting around and time wasted. It appeared that lots of tour companies subcontracted to this 'tour 500' and there were lots of unhappy people as this tour did not include things their tour should of.Show more

  I read the reviews from previous travelers and confused about the Wadi Rum Tent hotel. Some said we have to pay additional cost to get the room with toilet or we have to use shared toilet. Is that true? We are afraid that there are many scammers and tricky tours in Both Egypt and Jordan.

  Thanks for the quick response. How much will be the 5* upgrade cost? I think 3* should be ok as long as it is family friendly and provide good vegetarian options in breakfast. For Wadi Rum, you will be giving complementary Dome tent?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 24th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Timeless Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
