Negative: We were given the wrong instructions of which hotel to meet up, which was when we found out the tour was subcontracted to another provider (tour 500) which meant we had no contact number to get help, this involved a day of trying to contact the company, it was only resolved by a kind hotel owner not the company who only emailed 2 days later. First contact with the representative we were told we have to give money for tips of £40 per person which was not stated anywhere in the information. The tour is advertised as a maximum of 15 people but there were 41 people on the tour, due to this there was lots of waiting around and time wasted. It appeared that lots of tour companies subcontracted to this 'tour 500' and there were lots of unhappy people as this tour did not include things their tour should of.Show moreTrip date: October 2025

Mohammad who is the tour manager was great he was waiting for us at the passport control area and our immigration pass thru was quick and seamless. Our tour guide / driver Jihad or we called him Jay was very knowledgeable very punctual with pick up and also very friendly he made our stay Jordan memorable we feel welcome in the country . We would appreciate if you extend this message to the tour guide and tour manager in Jordan. Ramadan won't affect our tour at all. All the sites would be available and the tourist restaurants would be operating as usual. The tent in Wadi Rum is a private twin or double room with private en-suite bathroom.

Actually the age restriction is flexible. Especially since it's only because of the overnight stay on the Nile Felucca in day 4 of the tour. The felucca is a traditional small sailing boat that has no private rooms or proper bathroom. Everyone sleeps side by side using mattresses and blankets, besides it has a basic toilet. If this won't work out with you, you still could upgrade that night to a night at a hotel in Aswan while on the tour for an extra charge.
