The Hotel Provided: For the 3-night stay in Hurghada on this itinerary, we typically use the Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Hurghada. It's a fantastic beachfront property with great amenities and its own aqua park! Alternative Accommodations: If you have a different hotel in mind, we can absolutely help you book a different place—just let us know the name of the hotel you are interested in and we can arrange it. While we are happy to customize this for you, we do highly recommend staying with the group at the main hotel. It makes coordinating group activities, meeting up for excursions, and enjoying the social vibe of the tour much more seamless!

We would like to have an additional day in Cairo. Can we add that at the end of the?

Sure. We can happily book an extra night post-tour at the same hotel associated with the tour- Jaz Pyramids resort and arrange for your airport drop off accordingly. The extra night with breakfast and including the airport transfer costs USD $165 per room per night.

Is this departure confirmed and guaranteed to run?

Am I eligible for an Egyptian visa on arrival, or do I need to obtain a visa in advance? If a visa is required before travel, do you provide any assistance or guidance with the visa application process?

This will be the first time I have visited Egypt and I am unsure of the process. I don't speak Arabic and I'm curious if we will have a tour guide during our stay in Egypt. I just want to make sure my trip will be as safe as possible.

This tour is a fully guided tour. You will have an Egyptologist tour guide accompanying the group along the tour. In addition to our tour leaders who would be always around in each city. Your trip will definitely be as safe as required.

I would like to travel on this tour with my 13 and 14 year old teenagers. Can I book this tour?

Sure. you and your children are more than welcome to join this tour.

On the 6th day of the tour, the itinerary says "explore the West Bank starting with the Valley of the Kings. Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut and visit the Colossi of Memnon. Later you'll take an air-conditioned bus to Hurghada on the Red Sea coast and check into your hotel for the night" and since this day is the same as the Solar Eclipse on August 2nd at 1:00 pm, and we will be in Luxor, will we be able to see the Eclipse before departing to Hurghada in the evening?

Sure. We will be able to witness the solar eclipse on that day before heading to Hurghada.

We are a family of four thinking of travelling to Egypt from August 2nd until August 7th. Would you have a good guided itinerary for these dates, including meals, accommodation and tourist site payments for a reasonable price, as we have not been to Egypt before.

This tour is genuinely amazing for a family trip. However, the entrance fees to the sites and the lunches and dinners in Cairo are not included in the tour price.

Our ten days in Egypt was totally stress-free and all the hard work of organising each day and getting from A to B, was done for us. What we experienced and what we saw will never be forgotten. We had so many “WOW!” moments and learned so much about Egypt and its amazing history. Without a doubt, this tour is fantastic value for money. On the 6th day of the tour, the itinerary says "explore the West Bank starting with the Valley of the Kings. Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut and visit the Colossi of Memnon. Later you'll take an air-conditioned bus to Hurghada on the Red Sea coast and check into your hotel for the night" and since this day is the same as the Solar Eclipse on August 2nd at 1:00 pm, and we will be in Luxor, will we be able to see the Eclipse before departing to Hurghada in the evening?

  One more thing. I would like to book the tours in two packages. One package for 2: for my wife and me who will be flying from Japan, and a second package for 3: for my kids who will be flying from the USA. It will be a surprise and my wife won't know the kids will joining us until she sees them at the Cairo airport. So I need to book them on two different credit cards.
