Great experience and great tour. It’s a lot of early mornings but seeing most of Egypt in 8 days isn’t an easy task. We just got back from the 10 day Best of Egypt tour and I have to say, it was amazing. Our guide Ray/Remon was absolutely outstanding- he helped us with any and everything we possibly needed, was sup…We just got back from the 10 day Best of Egypt tour and I have to say, it was amazing. Our guide Ray/Remon was absolutely outstanding- he helped us with any and everything we possibly needed, was super knowledgeable, was always available via WhatsApp anytime we weren't with him, and most of all, advised us on tours and activities that would keep us safe and would not end up with us getting scammed, which was very relieving. The tour itself was very rigorous for the first few days, lots of early mornings and lots of bus travel time, but you get to see the majority of the TOP sights in Egypt in a short amount of time, which was important to us as we didn't have more than 10 days of vacation time to spend. The weather was beautiful except for the day we were supposed to take the hot air balloon ride in Luxor, which was a disappointment, but you can't control when it rains! Overall I would highly recommend this trip to anyone and i would DEFINITELY request Ray/Remon to be your guide. He really was the cherry on top of an already incredible trip!

It was very last minute for us and it was our first tour ever. I was honestly a little nervous because I get motion sickness and with all the long bus ride I wasn't sure if I would be ok. I took some Zofran and it was perfect. Our tour guide Meena Mouniry was exceptionally knowledge. He went out of his way to make everything comfortable and he also surprised me with a birthday cake on the falucca ride. Definitely the best birthday. We saw so much of the country within a short amount of time. There were many super early mornings but it was so well worth it. I will be back again when the new museum opens up. Can't wait!! For those interested there's a couple of things to make sure you know before booking.
1.The falucca is a type of a boat.
2. Going into the pyramids and tombs can be claustrophobic for some people.
3. If you aren't sure about something always ask.
4. Know that it's your choice on what you want to do and don't want to do. ( we had to back out on one of the excursions because my husband got sick and I wanted to make sure he was well for the major stuff )
5. Make sure you bring medications for stuff such as fever, diarrhea and anything else you might need.

The range of experiences was varied and immersive: from hot air balloon and snorkelling red sea reefs, to swimming in the Nile and exploring tombs in the Valley of Kings. We loved every second! We will definitely book Timeless Tours again.

Everything went well in Egypt. till we reached Jordon. There was no one in Amman Airport to receive us or no one knew we were coming and other Memphis personnel in the Airport took other passengers and went away .
Our Itinerary showed that we were supposed to be picked up at 13:00 hrs, and then go for a city tour of Amman to view different sites including museum.
We waited in Airport from 1 pm to 5 pm and then was picked up by a replacement Driver who did not know anything about the plans, and only took us to our acomodation for the night missed the whole itinerary in Amman. I was promised a refund of money for the loss but AMIRA Had been quite unhelpful and had been telling us that we will be refunded for the last 5 months and we are still waiting for our refund,

When we decided to see Egypt and Jordan, we saw that there was an high range of prices for the Egypt and Jordan package tours. Then comparing the packages, this was definitely the cheapest and still o…When we decided to see Egypt and Jordan, we saw that there was an high range of prices for the Egypt and Jordan package tours. Then comparing the packages, this was definitely the cheapest and still offered everything that some other packagaes offered. So we chose it, little hesitantly because it was so cheap, thinking we'll make the best of it. Now I can't say enough about what you get for the price, it was hard to believe. The organization of the trip was phenomenal. Our tight schedule was always on time and delivered exactly what was planned for that day. The buses were new, clean and safe and the drivers were amazingly experienced. Our tour guides were very informatiive and saw that all our needs were met immediately and at anytime. Our hotels were clean, warm, and always with wonderful helpful, courteous staff.
There were a couple of small issues that I thought I would point out.
The Nile cruise itself was a 5 star experience, we enjoyed the agriclutural along the riverbanks, seeing the cultural cities and stops along the way and the use of the Nile for transportation, but the boat itself was not what I would call a 5 star. The boat had its own special features, built I believe in the 40's which made the craftmanship quaint and intimate with only 46 cabins. The food was probably some of the best on the tour and the entertainment was fun. The tour titled, "5 star Cruise", could be read as ambiguous, thinking that the boat is a 5 star, but it was just wonderful with its own charm and characteristics.
Another issue we had with the tour were the stops at the papyrus, perfume, stone and cotton factories, which was more of a over priced sales pitch than the history of these products in Egypt and Jordan. We did learn a little of the importance of these products throughout history, but had to be persistant about not buying anything.
The hotels were above our expectaions, clean, courteous and comfortable. There were a couple of times when our showers were not exactly warm showers, but looking at the water issues in these countries, we could live with that.
The food was served mostly buffet, but delicious, fresh, and a good variety of food items to choose from.
We strongly feel this tour offers the best value for your money which includes the best of the highlights and the most highly recommended activities in Egypt and Jordan at an amazingly affordable price.
Overall, our trip was above and beyond any of our exceptations, therefore I would give this tour a 5+ star rating!

There were 4 highlights of this trip which differed from my earlier tour in 2010. 1) I opted in to experience the grandeur of Abu Simbel. 2) The side excursion to climb inside The Great Cheops Pyramid was totally amazing. 3) Somehow I lucked into the best guide in all of Egypt, Meena! 4) I fell in love with camels all over again.
This was a excellent tour and we saw everything we were hoping to. I spent 9 days on the Nile Jewel trip which I booked through Expat Explore. I booked this group tour as a solo traveler as it was affordable, covered so much ground and offered the opportunity to meet others and be surrounded by numbers in a place completely new to me. Meena’s spirit is kind and joyful! Our group got along really well, and Meena was included in all of the light-hearted joking that ensued! On the flip side he’s professional, as well as beyond knowledgeable, and passionate about the history of his country. He organized and carried out everything with ease which offered us all an experience that was relaxed and totally stress-free. Some of the mornings are early wake-up calls, to ensure you can cover the distance between amazing sites, but since Meena had things taken care of we all were able to get some extra rest on the drive. I think for many of us on this specific tour, the Nile Cruise was a highlight! Such a unique way to see some of the countryside, and as a jumping off point for major sites like Abu Simbel (which was a personal highlight for me). We saw so much on our tour and I know the value was beyond worth the price. I’m still letting all of the experiences soak in after a week+ of departing from his tour. I highly recommend booking a tour (be it a day or 9+) with Meena. I will be back and will surely contact Meena when I head to Egypt again. My husband has been looking forward to seeing Egypt as the #1 destination on his bucket list for a very long time, and we finally were able to make it happen. There are so many aspects to the trip that we loved. Not only were the accommodations, selection of sights, and arrangements terrific, but Meena was on top of everything from start to finish.
Just a few of the things we really appreciated about Meena --
-- So very knowledgeable about Egyptian history which he shares with great enthusiasm
-- He took care of every detail. Extremely well-organized.
-- They had arranged to have SIM cards available for very reasonable purchase when we reached our hotel, where they changed them for us automatically. This was a fantastic service!
-- He anticipated our needs and had already planned for them, whether it was the need for a little extra cash here and there (which we reimbursed him for, of course), or making plans to arrange convenient Covid tests for the group, knowing we would all need them...whatever we needed, if Meena hadn't already thought of it, he jumped on it and made it happen.
-- He's so good natured that he really was a pleasure to be with. He is very settled and calm, but has a great sense of humor.
All in all, we just loved being part of Meena's tour, and our group intends to stay in touch. It was simply an outstanding experience!

I had an absolutely blast with both. They provided great history and education about all the sites, answered all my questions and anything I needed was provided to me without hassle. The tour itself was incredible and the guides made my experience alot of fun. As this is an adventure tour be prepared for alot of early mornings but you get enough alone time to rest and relax. I did have to go to the bathroom more than regular but that's to be expected if you're not use to the different cultural food. I would also recommend to upgrade to the flight to aswan and nile cruise as its worth it. I also got some incredible photos thanks to Ramez and Meena. Shout out also to Ramony.

The tour guide Meena did an amazing job, always making sure everybody was having a great time. He was also super knowledgeable about all the places we visited and provided much information about the historical, architectural, and religious background of the sights.

We did the 12 Day Cairo Luxury Tour and WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. Mustafa from booking the trip online and communicating with me quickly and accurately, to Ahmed, always making sure we were having a good time and being our valued photographer whenever we needed it. Mustafa (another) made sure we were taken care of from off the plane to the hotel, throughout the trip and then back to the airport. Arranging everything for us and literally giving us to the terminal assistance. Cant say enough how much we appreciated that Mustafa.
Abu was fantastic and arranging things also and Mina was truly special. He loves his job and it shows. His passion for Egypt and its culture really shines through and made the trip that more enjoyable for us. I could write a book of everything that Michele the driver, and the guides did to make this a great trip.

I can't speak for the cruise itself as we were not able to do it, as we were informed the cruise was cancelled upon our arrival to Cairo. Although this was disappointing, we felt the company did a good job with their alternative plan and accommodation.

The hotel was lovely, set in beautiful gardens, with a big pool. Very good food and super helpful staff. Travel was in modern air-conditioned mini buses and friendly drivers. Remy and Meena were my guides but it was Meena that travelled with me for the most part. He was incredible, very knowledgeable, patient and lots of fun. His attention to detail and making sure the group (only 2 of us) were enjoying all the wonderful experiences Egypt has to offer. I have to say that his personality and kindness was outstanding.
The Nile cruise was a dream come true, as were the Pyramids and Valley of the Kings.
If there was any bad part of the whole trip, it was the train. I knew it would be quite basic but was not quite prepared for how dirty it was. The state of the toilets was terrible but in saying that…obviously you don’t have any control over that, except not putting the train on your trip.
All in all, I had a wonderful time..a great experience. Thank you.

Upon landing in Cairo we were met by a tour representative who ushered us through the immigration formalities and whisked us away to our hotel in downtown Cairo. We arrived a couple of days before the tour started and stayed at a hotel of our choosing (InterContinental Semiramis). On the day of the tour we were picked up and transferred to the tour hotel (Oasis). No issues with this process. They even accommodated a request to pick us up a little later in the day.
The Oasis hotel is nice with spacious clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff here was friendly and courteous as well. We met our guide Meena Mouniry here. He was just fantastic and the reason for our trip being so successful. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to manage a tour group well.
The sight-seeing in Cairo was uneventful. All the entrance fees were taken care of ahead of time and our bus was waiting for us everywhere we went. We never had to wait anywhere for our bus, or anything for that matter.
We opted to take the train to Aswan rather than the bus. The train is fine but do not expect anything that you may have experienced in other countries. This is probably the only low point of the tour. I would recommend the upgrade to a flight between Cairo and Aswan.
Once in Aswan we were transferred to the river boat. We were on the Lady Carol. The boat is fine. They seem to have spent all the money on the common areas (lobby, lounge, dining hall, etc) and not as much on th guest rooms.
Good tour well organised with a competent and attentive tour guide. Some if the drives were long and tiring. The supply of water on the tour should be included particularly the Egypt is hot hot hot
Could not recommend this tour more! The amount of sights you see for the price is insane! The amount of sights you see for the price is insane! Everything was so well organised, the accomodation on the cruise, Oasis Hotel in Giza and Gravity Hotel in Hurghada were all good for the price. - all had pools, buffets at almost every breakfast lunch and dinner, a gym and air conditioning. The cruise boat was my favourite, such a special way to wake up.
There are also lots of smaller activities included like the papyrus gallery, crocodile museum etc that aren’t listed but also included! I elected to take the plane from Cairo to Aswan which I was happy about and recommend. The others didn’t really sleep on the overnight bus. I also elected to do the extra activities which included Abu Simbel, the Nubian Village excursion which includes a smaller boat on the Nile and a swim spot which was spectacular, plus snorkelling in Hurghada. The Nubian village excursion was only $35USD and snorkelling was $50USD I think - so worth it! Abu Simbel was cool but I preferred Philae Temple which is already included.
The only downsides of the tour was just the no wifi situation at Oasis Hotel and the cruise, as even with a SIM card the data was very poor and intermittent. I had an e-sim and would recommend getting a local sim with more data. I would also recommend reading up on the sites and watching documentaries before going as there’s so much to see and due to the heat you get about an hour at each site. It’s also a great way to just reinforce what you’ve learned or are about to see so it sinks in. Normally I watch documentaries the night before I see a new place so I’m prepped for what to see but with the internet issues in Egypt my suggestion would be to do that before you go if you’re like me and like to learn about the history.
The other thing to be prepared for is some very early starts on a few days - 4am wake ups on 3 days - and not having the full schedule (as in hour by hour run down) each day. If you’re like me and need to know when you have time to call family, do any work or exercise, it can be tricky to plan without a daily schedule in advance. Meena explained this is due to sometimes giving times in the past to folks and then if something changed - like police checks holding up the drive or traffic, sometimes people get frustrated. But just be kind and know that sometimes traffic and checks can change the times, but also be prepared to be given windows of time or not knowing when you’re free time is until the day before. I would recommend the guides give more information rather than less in the future though. So for example giving the guests a window with caveats rather than no/late information about the schedule. For example “it takes “about” 3 hours to drive there but the police may stop us so it could be 4” - rather than not giving times at all. That way people can have a rough idea of times and can plan their days while not being mad at the tour team if they change.

He pointed us to the places we should go and helped fill out our forms and grabbed the biggest of our luggage . We then went to our hotel where we were met by Mena Mouirny our guide . I don't think we could have asked for a better guide . He made the trip so educational and fun . When we would visit a temple or pyramid he would make all of us in the group characters in the story of that place . Somehow I was always the bad guy in the story . But it brought the history alive in a very real way . Our group would end up talking and joking about it at dinners . The cruise was great the food was great the Nubian Dinner was great and the weather in Dec was great . We also had a driver " Uzo" , I don't know his real name but he did a heck of a job . I felt completely safe , as we did have a policeman with us for a large part of the travel , contrary to what I had read on the State Dept. website . I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone . Most of the big tours use the same facilities ie , hotels , boats , and accommodations . The difference is in the service and Timeless has great service .

meena was an excellent guide with the utmost patience which was so tested as we had an absolute nightmare of a human on our tour that literally no one liked.. (if you see a negative review from “lauren” that’s her.. ignore that review). despite her negativity, racism, and generally annoying personality, meena saved the tour by being hilarious, kind, informative, and entertaining.
the tour is so fun, my ONLY issues were there was not easily accessible wifi. some hotels it doesn’t work and none of the hotels have in room wifi, so if you need internet you’re SOL. & the nile cruise was uncovered out in the open so you sleep on the nike river on a boat, incoveeed by anything…and i got 40+ mosquito bites and had a severe allergic reaction to them. if they had netting that would’ve been great

Each staff member looked out for my safety, and I was accounted for at all times. I also liked how knowledgeable our tour guide was. He showed enthusiasm for the history of Egypt, and he worked very hard. In addition, the hotels were beautiful and very comfortable. The boat ride was very comfortable too, and the boat men were VERY friendly and helpful.
There were some things that occurred that either need improvement or simply wasn't best for me as an individual.
First, when I arrived to the airport, there was sign that said Timeless Tours, NOT TourRadar, so I walked past the guys with signs and almost left the airport without pickup. To avoid confusion, I recommend putting tourists' individual names on the sign.
Second, the agent that picked my up of the airport wasn't friendly and rushed me out of the airport very quickly. I felt so rushed, that I didn't remember to get a SIM card or go to an ATM at the airport. Before we left the airport; however, I requested to stop for these two things and he would not allow me to stop for these items. He said there was no need for a SIM card because the WiFi is excellent at the hotel. The WiFi was terrible at the hotel. I asked my tour guide for a SIM card upon arrival at the hotel. He asked the other Timeless Tour Guide, who had the SIM cards, for a SIM card for me, but the other guy never got the SIM card for me until the next day. I had no communication with work or family that entire night. I recommend agents picking up tourists at the airport to say, "Does anyone need a SIM Card, ATM, water, food or need to exchange money before we leave the airport." In addition, please don't tell us the WiFi is very good when it's not.
Third, my tour guide did not communicate with me that I could have upgraded to a sleeper train. When I found out from another tourist that I could do that, I asked my tour guide to upgrade, but it was too late. He said the company informed me about it on the handout of the schedule that was given to us. This option was not on the schedule, nor on any of the downloads the company sent me to preview before my trip. My recommendation is to list this as an option on the schedule of the tour and for the tour guide to mention this upgrade during the debriefing.
Fourth, other than the mornings of going to Abu Simbal and the hot air balloon ride, little did I know that we would have to wake up at extremely early hours most of the tour. I slept very little the entire tour and was quite miserable having to wake up between 2:30-4:30 most mornings. Not having sleep on the train because I was not on a sleeper train was not helpful. To mitigate this, I would let the tourists know at the debriefing meeting the approximate times they need to wake up every day. This way we can plan better and ahead of time, if we choose to go to Abu Simbal or the balloon ride. I would have skipped one of these if I would have known the wake up schedule ahead of time. Also, again, letting us know ahead of time about the upgrade to sleeper train. In addition, I recommend having the first two days of the tour in Cairo, and then have the tour end in Hurghada, so we can just fly out of Hurghada. This would have saved us the sleepless drive from Hurghada back to Cairo.
Fifth, I was not fully happy about the Nile cruise. I understand that we did not have much time to cruise do to a main road being closed to Abu Simbal. That's not the company's fault. However, we did not get offered any reimbursement. The cruise is the reason why I signed up with this tour company. I also thought we would sleep while we cruised, not docked. Therefore, our total cruise time was 20 minutes. It recommend communicating to us that the boat will be docked in the night and I believe we should have been compensated, since this was one of the highlights of the tour.
Sixth, I would have like to have know about some of the extra fees of the tour up front. For example, none of us were aware, until we were at the sight, that there would be extra fees to go into the pyramids and to into King Tut's temple. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time. I recommend listing these fees on the fee list. Also, I paid all the fees for the entire week's tour ahead of time. I left the tour early, and was not offered some of my money back for the sights I missed and paid for ahead of time. This is important to keep in mind for tourists who leave early.
Seventh, I would have liked more free time. I would have like for the tour guide to spend about 1/5 or 2/5 of the time talking about the sight and then give us at least 3/5 of free time. We did have free time at each sight, and some sights we had a lot, but many sights, we had little. I appreciate all of the information that the tour guide gave us, and I'm not upset about that. Nonetheless, for me, it was information overload, and therefore, I did not retain much info. This is just my individual preference. This is not a complaint. I recommend allowing us to begin looking around the sight before the guide is done talking, if we wish not to listen to all of the information, instead of being required to stand/sit and listen the whole time. It's ok for our safety because we would not leave the sight.
All this being said, I'm glad for everyone's hard work and the humor of our tour guide. He was a little gruff and annoyed with me because I wasn't listening to everything he said, but he is a very nice guy.

For the overall company itself, I do suggest they charge ALL expenses (food 3 times a day, and entrance fees for either students or common tourists upfront in the package price. It becomes rather annoying to dish out L.E. every instant and having to find an A.T.M. in every city is just daunting. As a tourist, you should be prepared to have at least an additional 7,600 Egyptian Pound in hand in day one to cover all entrance fees and additional meals you need to cover and the Covid test needed to get back home.
The experiences and memories created on this trip however are impeccable and this is truly one trip you won’t regret.

Timeless Tours is a great and very affordable way to see Egypt. I am usually the person who likes to plan a trip out on my own and am comfortable as a solo a traveler, but as far as Egypt, I would highly advise you to choose Timeless Tours as a way to get the most out of the visit. There are so many cultural aspects about Egypt to understand and especially how the tourism industry works. By joining a tour it protects you from being taken advantage in many instances with different tourist scams and misleading information aimed to take your money. I am sure I would have ended up spending more money in the long run trying to figure out the logistics on my own. Timeless Tours seems to really vet the hotels, riverboats, resorts, and excursions they use and you can be sure you arent being ripped off and given a reasonable price.
From the moment I arrived into Cairo, someone was waiting for me and took care of all the necessary paperwork for me helping me get through customs in a breeze. There was a van waiting for me to take me to the hotel. The group of guys they use for transportation in Cairo are super professional, quick, and efficient. You are in good hands! The Oasis Hotel I stayed at the first few nights was not the best hotel in Cairo, but the service was acceptable, it was clean, the food was good, and I felt safe and comfortable. If I wanted to just stay in Cairo on my own for a week, Id probably choose a hotel closer to the pyramids with a grand view, but on this tour, the hotel is just really a place to sleep and then you are out exploring with the group so why stay in the most fancy place when you arent there to enjoy it most of the time.
I wanted to come a day early and had wanted to visit Alexandria and Timeless Tours arrange the day trip for me. I had a wonderful guide Neven who showed me all the highlights of this magnificent city. Ozo was the driver and because of fog we had to wait awhile on the highway for traffic to clear. He was truly a gentleman and I remember he made some Turkish Coffee as we were waiting stopped on the highway. Always smiling and upbeat guy! Nevene was also very knowledgeable about all the sites from the Citidel, to the ancient lighthouse, and new library. Theres a lot to appreciate and learn. Dont forget to try the fish in Alexandria!
I was fortunate to have a very small tour group the start of the tour. There were just 4 of us including our guide Mena. Mena has to be one of the most caring, selfless, and compassionate people of anyone I met in the tour industry. He explained to us how things worked in Egypt, the prices, the tourist traps, how to bargain, and how to be safe. Not to mention all his knowledge of the ancient sites painting a clear picture of the history and everything. He wanted us all to get the very most out of every moment on the tour and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I almost felt bad to complain about any little thing because he would not let it go without making sure everything was just right. We were guests of his country he was so proud to share with us.
If you have a wish to visit a place or see something that might not even be on the itinerary, speak up, let them know, and they will do their very best to try to make it happen for you and if they cant they will find other alternatives you’ll enjoy just as much.
The Pyramids were magnificent! Enjoy! If you can go to Dashur and see the Bent Pyramid and Red Pyramid, you wont regret! They are one of a kind places! Go inside the Great Pyramid!
I highly recommend taking the flight from Cairo to Luxor. The distances are great and you dont sleep the same on a bus or train. As far as the side excursions. Do as much as you can, take it all in, you wont regret it! I even took the hot air balloon in Luxor over the Valley of the Kings and its something you never forget!
In Luxor, at the Valley of the Kings, pay the extra amount to visit Sety I and King Tut’s tomb. Its a once in a lifetime opportunity, take it! You wont regret!
The Nile river cruise was bliss with many sites and sounds, witnessing so many landscapes and watching locals in their normal everyday life on the riverbanks. The food was some of the very best, it’s gourmet cooking on the boat. You will not go hungry! Anyone visiting Egypt must experience the Nile like this.
Hurghada was a great way to end the tour and relax. I went scuba diving for the first time! I highly recommend trying it out, dont be intimidated by it if you havent. The day trip to Orange Beach was like being in Maldives! The clarity of the water and nature is something you will cherish! Do it!
The last day in Cairo we visited the Egyptian Museum, the Alabaster Mosque, Coptic Churches Area, and the main market. I enjoyed it all! Get ready to be completely immersed in Egypt!
I had wanted to extend my trip by a few days and visit Sinai. Thanks to Mena and the manager Hany what seemed impossible was made possible and they arranged all the transfers and excursions. The first night upon arriving I enjoyed a Bedouin dinner in the remote mountains of Dahab with all the stars around. A place that makes you dream and gives you a feeling of peace and simplicity few places do. I was able to explore laid back Dahab, snorkel the Blue Hole and Abu Galoum, and enjoy the beautiful Blue Lagoon. The grand finale of Sinai was climbing Mount Sinai at night for timeless Sunrise. It wasn’t easy, but Im so glad I did! All this was made possible thanks to Timeless Tours!
If you have never been to Egypt and looking for best experience for the best price, I would put this tour on the top. I really saw it all and left Egypt feeling a great sense of wonder and awe about the history and people of this ancient land. Egypt holds so many secrets and being able to experience it first hand with an incredible, knowledgeable tour guide was amazing! For anyone looking to travel to Egypt, I highly recommend booking the Nile Jewel Cruise. You will not only see the “touristy” parts but also visit some local shops/attractions. Tour Radar has been nothing but professional and I will definitely book more trips with them in the (hopefully not too far) future!

Our tour guide, Meena is a fantastic and incredibly engaging and knowledgeable Egyptologist (and his fun retellings of Egyptian mythology and history) and made the tour all the more fantastic for us.

Last year, Also, our room smelled like a sewer. Fun n Sun was better.
The hotel in Amman, Jordan (maneur) was also not very comfortable and I didn’t like the food selection. The rooms had no control over the heat/AC, there was no coffee or cups in the room, and the staff seemed rude.

Even if you set a side a budget for excursion, you will need to still fork out around the US$30 per day for entry to temple, museums, toilets, bottle water and tips. The pricing model in Egypt is plus plus plus (I seem just keep on paying). Some people had to wait in the bus, as did not budget for those extra items. If you want be comfortable, please include US$100 per day to cover all the above and your food.

Mena was our guide and you will be LUCKY to have him. He was witty yet informational and gave a great balance of being with the group but also letting us do our own thing.. 10/10 tour guide.
Everyone on the ground was so helpful and knowledgeable.
I lost my luggage and felt the company did great in trying to retrieve it. There was a road incident as well in which all the tour leaders stepped up and showed professionalism in handling the situation and making sure everything ran smoothly for the tour members.
My only recommendations is pack snacks as the meal times can be pretty far out due to packing in fun sights. I would have felt better if there was an opportunity to go to a supermarket in the early days of the trip to stock up.
Everything I experienced on this trip made all the early morning drives worth it and I would recommend this trip to most people though it is alot of bus sitting/ long drives but as a solo traveller I felt it was the perfect trip.

Even with the surprise expenses, the tour was affordable. I really liked the cruise portion of the tour. The tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful. Long early morning bus rides were ok, but not too fun. Choose the airplane option to the bus on the long bus rides (10+ hours).
