Dear Ileidy, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We truly appreciate your honesty, as it helps us continuously improve the experiences we offer at Timeless Morocco. Our tours are carefully designed to cover the absolute highlights that Morocco has to offer. In doing so, we always try to strike the perfect balance between structured guided tours and giving our guests enough free time to explore at their own pace and truly get a authentic feel for each city. We are so glad to hear that you found Chefchaouen (the Blue City) and Rabat beautiful, and that you enjoyed the marvelous craftsmanship and hidden corners of Fez with your excellent guide! We also thrilled that your desert crossing went smoothly and that your driver to Fez kept you entertained and informed. We have also taken note of the areas where we fell short of your expectations: The Marrakech Tour: While we're glad the guide was informative, we apologize that the tour felt rushed at the end. We will address this to ensure our guests never feel hurried. The Drive to the Desert: We are incredibly sorry to hear about the lack of communication during this leg of the journey. Our drivers and escorts are meant to be engaging and helpful, and we will look into what happened during this drive. Pacing in Chefchaouen & Rabat: Your feedback regarding wanting more time in Rabat and a guided stroll through the winding streets of the Blue City is incredibly valuable. We are always looking at ways to tweak our itineraries for a better experience. Thank you again for choosing Timeless Morocco. We are happy that you overall enjoyed your journey through our beautiful country, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even more seamless adventure! Warm regards, The Timeless Morocco Team

Hi Kamilla, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you and your partner had an amazing time on the Timeless Morocco tour. That Sahara camel ride truly is a magical experience, and we are so glad it was a highlight for you both! I will be sure to pass along your wonderful compliments to Zak—he really does have a gift for making everything feel seamless, and he’ll be delighted to know he made your trip so special. We also completely understand the "tagine fatigue"—it is delicious, but after a few days, a little variety is definitely needed! Thank you for recommending us to fellow travelers. We would love to welcome you both back for another adventure whenever you’re ready. Warm regards, The Timeless Morocco Team

We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Timeless Morocco adventure and that you found both your guide and driver to be excellent. Morocco is a destination filled with incredible sights, sounds, and cultural experiences, so we're pleased that the itinerary delivered a memorable and immersive journey. We also appreciate your comments regarding the vehicle. Your feedback has been shared with our local operations team as we continually work to improve the travel experience for our guests. Thank you again for traveling with us and for recommending the tour. We hope to welcome you on another adventure in the future. Warm regards, The Timeless Tours Team

Hi Paul, Thank you so much for the lovely review! We're so glad you had such a great time covering so much of beautiful Morocco with us, and it’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the accommodations. That desert night really is something special, isn't it? We completely understand that missing out on A/C in the dunes can be a bit of a surprise! We actually keep our desert camps A/C-free to do our part in protecting the beautiful, delicate environment out there. Luckily, the desert has its own natural cooling system at night, which we find makes sleeping under the stars feel so much more authentic and magical. Thank you again for joining us on this journey. We'd absolutely love to welcome you back for another adventure whenever you're ready! Warmly, The Timeless Tours Team

Dear Rosalyn, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderfully detailed and thoughtful review of your Timeless Morocco tour. We truly appreciate both your kind words about the highlights of your trip and your constructive feedback, which helps us continuously improve the experience for future travelers We are absolutely delighted that you loved the incredible variety of the Moroccan landscape—from the dunes of the Sahara to the lush cedar forests—and that Yassin and our local city guides made you feel so welcome and informed. It is also fantastic to hear that you enjoyed the unique, authentic variety of our accommodations, from the traditional riads to the Dades Gorge house, and that our hospitality teams took such good care of you. Your "top tips" regarding trainers, scarves, sleeping bag liners, and USB-A cables are incredibly practical, and we know future travelers reading your review will find them immensely helpful! However, we also want to sincerely apologize for the areas where your experience fell short, particularly regarding the minibus comfort and your dietary requirements. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and your feedback about the seatbelts and loose seat pads on the minibus is deeply concerning. We have already passed these exact details along to our transport management team in Morocco to inspect and service that specific vehicle immediately. We want to ensure all safety restraints are fully functional and comfortable for the long $2,000\text{ km}$ journey. Furthermore, we are incredibly sorry to hear about the breakdown in communication regarding your food intolerance during your day in Marrakech. Group tours should provide a safety net for dietary needs, and it is disappointing that our local guide did not properly coordinate with the restaurant, leading to you being unwell for the rest of your week. We are addressing this directly with our Marrakech guiding team to ensure that all guest allergies and intolerances are strictly communicated and double-checked at every single meal stop moving forward. Thank you again for your honesty and for helping us refine our services. We are so glad that, despite these downsides, you returned home with beautiful memories of Morocco’s landscapes, people, and culture. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a seamless, fully comfortable adventure somewhere else in the world in the future. Warm regards,

Dear Alison, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review of your Timeless Morocco tour! We are delighted to hear that you found the trip to be great value for money and that you enjoyed so much of the excellent sightseeing included in the itinerary. It is wonderful to know that your guide was so helpful and that your driver did such a superb job navigating the roads—we will be sure to pass along your compliments to them! We are also thrilled that you loved the unique charm of the Meknes Riad, enjoyed your stay in Fes, and appreciated the bonus of a relaxing bath on your first and last days. At the same time, we really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the areas where we can improve. We are sorry to hear that the service and breakfast at the first/last hotel didn't hit the mark, and that the accommodation near the "Monkey Fingers" in the Dades Valley fell short of your expectations. We take the quality of our partner hotels and the hospitality of their staff very seriously, so we will be sharing your notes with our operations team to review these specific locations. Thank you again for choosing to travel with us and for helping us refine our tours. We hope to welcome you on another adventure with us in the future! Warm regards, Timeless Tours team

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us! We are thrilled to hear that you had a "very excellent trip" on our Timeless Morocco tour. Morocco is an incredibly vibrant, diverse, and fast-paced destination, and we always try to pack in as much magic as possible. That being said, we totally get it—by the last couple of days, all that exploring can definitely catch up with you! We also appreciate your note about wishing for a bit more time to shop in the souks. Those bustling markets are an absolute highlight, and finding that perfect balance between sightseeing and free time is something we are always working to refine. We'll certainly share your comments with our itinerary planning team to see where we can squeeze in a little extra breathing room for some retail therapy on future departures. To help manage the pace, we always remind our travellers that you can add extra nights before or after the tour. Booking an extra day or two at the end is the perfect way to unwind, revisit your favorite souks at your own leisure, and do some extra shopping before heading home! Thank you again for choosing Timeless Tours. We're so glad you had a great trip overall, and we'd love to welcome you back for another adventure whenever you've fully recharged your batteries! Warm regards, The Timeless Tours Team

What a fantastic and balanced review! We are absolutely thrilled that the Timeless Morocco tour gave you such a deep, authentic look into the soul of this incredible country. It’s great to hear that you embraced the journey across our vast landscapes—you’re spot on that those miles in the minibus are exactly what’s needed to unlock the hidden gems between the cities. We’re so glad the regular stops and the changing scenery made the travel feel like part of the adventure rather than just a commute! We will be sure to pass your praise along to your guide. It’s a real art to keep a group informed and on schedule without making anyone feel "herded," and we’re proud that his expertise and clear communication helped make your experience so positive. Your feedback on the accommodation is also incredibly helpful and well-put. We love that the "rustic" stays added to the local flavor, and it’s wonderful to know the Sahara glamping and the Meknes Riad were such standout highlights for you. Thank you for the recommendation and for choosing Timeless Tours to discover the depth of Moroccan culture. We’d love to have you back on the road with us again soon!

    Asked on May 25th, 2026

Is the tour appropriate for 8 and 11 year old children?

    Age Range
    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten May 2026

This specific itinerary is designed to cover the absolute best highlights of Morocco in a set timeframe. To make that happen, the tour involves a fast pace with early morning starts, long days on the road, and a fair amount of daily walking.

Because we cover quite a bit of geography, there will be days where the children will need to sit comfortably on the bus for four to seven hours between destinations. Once we arrive, exploring the historic, pedestrian-only Medinas and ancient fortresses means walking several miles a day over uneven cobblestones, hills, and stairs.

If your kids are adventurous, adapt well to early alarms, and don't mind a good amount of exploring on foot, they will have an incredible time experiencing the sights, colors, and culture of Morocco. Our guides are also wonderful at keeping families engaged and comfortable throughout the journey.

    Tour Details
    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten April 2026

Staying in Casablanca for your final night is much more practical for an international departure, as it avoids the three-hour drive from Marrakech on your flight day. We recommend booking the Best of Morocco tour instead of the Timeless Morocco itinerary. Both tours follow the exact same route, utilize the same high-quality hotels, and are led by the same expert tour guides. You will receive the same incredible experience regardless of which one you choose. The only difference between the two is where they conclude. While Timeless Morocco returns to Marrakech for the final night, Best of Morocco is designed to finish in Casablanca.

Could you please let us know if there are any optional activities available for the traveler on Day 1 or at the end of each day? Additionally, the traveler would like to end their tour in Casablanca on Day 8 and is wondering if you can arrange a drop-off at the airport.

Could we get it in French? What kind of guide do we get, is the driver considered the guide? What kind of vehicle do we get? Could we have a pic of the possible vehicle type? As an airline employee could I get a reduced rate? How much could we expect for entrance fees during the whole tour?

Language: While the primary language of the tour is English, our guides are fluent in French. They will be more than happy to provide you with French translations or extra context during the journey so you don't miss a single detail.

The Guide: You will have a dedicated driver-guide who stays with the group for the entire tour. For the complex medinas of Fes and Marrakech, we also bring in specialized local city guides for deep-dive historical tours.

The Vehicle: The type of vehicle we use depends on the final size of the group. For smaller groups (2–6), we use a comfortable Minivan (like a Mercedes Vito, ford or fiat). For larger groups up to 15, we use a Mercedes Sprinter minibus or similar. Both are modern, fully air-conditioned, and designed for long-distance comfort.

As a thank you to our friends in the industry, we can certainly offer further 35 Euros reduction in addition to the deal we currently have.

Entrance Fees: You should budget approximately $80–$100 USD per person for the entire 9-day tour. This covers the major monuments like the Hassan II Mosque, Volubilis, and the Palaces in Marrakech.

Can we manage to trade our three planned transfer for a single transfer on the 28 th from RAK airport to downtown marrekesh

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten April 2026

We can certainly arrange separate airport pickups for you, provided both flights arrive on the first day of the scheduled tour.

Please keep in mind that airport transfers are included only on the official start and end dates of the itinerary. If you have booked extra nights through us, your transfers will be extended to cover those dates. However, if you have made independent arrangements for additional accommodation before or after the tour, you will need to handle your own transportation for those specific days.

We have found a tour that we like and would like to take with our 10 year old kid. The minimum age requirement for this tour is 12. Our kid is very mature, well behaved and an experienced traveler. Can you make an exception?

Yes, we would be happy to make an exception for you! It sounds like your son is quite the seasoned traveler, and we'd love to have your family join us. Since he is well-behaved and used to life on the road, I'm confident he'll have a fantastic time on the tour.

Can we be dropped off at Marrakech airport on the evening of 21 Nov rather than stay overnight in Marrakech on 21 Nov night and fly out on 22 Nov? If this is possible, what is the approximate reduction in price for the hotel room and breakfast that we wouldn't need for 21 Nov night?

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

On Day 8 of the itinerary, the group travels from Meknes through Rabat and Casablanca, typically arriving back in Marrakech in the early evening (around 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Since your flight is late that night, a drop-off at the airport is absolutely possible. We can arrange for the tour vehicle to drop you at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) on the evening of the 21st rather than taking you to the hotel. By opting out of the final night (Nov 21) and breakfast (Nov 22), we can offer a reduction of £35 per person. For three people, this would be a total discount of £105.

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

Yes, we can definitely arrange for two twin beds for your double occupancy booking

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

You'll be staying in a luxury-style desert camp (near Merzouga). These tents feature private en-suite bathrooms located right inside your tent, including a flushing toilet, sink, and shower.

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

While the Merzouga region is in eastern Morocco, the camp is situated in a safe, designated tourism zone. It is roughly 30–50 kilometers from the Algerian border, but the area is heavily monitored and very secure for travelers

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

September is a "peak" month. Our small group tours often fill up 9 to 12 months in advance. If you are ready to secure your spot now, we are currently offering a 35% discount on the total tour price for the Timeless Morocco package.
