What a fantastic and balanced review! We are absolutely thrilled that the Timeless Morocco tour gave you such a deep, authentic look into the soul of this incredible country. It’s great to hear that you embraced the journey across our vast landscapes—you’re spot on that those miles in the minibus are exactly what’s needed to unlock the hidden gems between the cities. We’re so glad the regular stops and the changing scenery made the travel feel like part of the adventure rather than just a commute! We will be sure to pass your praise along to your guide. It’s a real art to keep a group informed and on schedule without making anyone feel "herded," and we’re proud that his expertise and clear communication helped make your experience so positive. Your feedback on the accommodation is also incredibly helpful and well-put. We love that the "rustic" stays added to the local flavor, and it’s wonderful to know the Sahara glamping and the Meknes Riad were such standout highlights for you. Thank you for the recommendation and for choosing Timeless Tours to discover the depth of Moroccan culture. We’d love to have you back on the road with us again soon!

Dear Valerie, Thank you so much for sharing such thoughtful and detailed feedback regarding your Best of Morocco tour. I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of the country and that your guide and driver’s hard work stood out to you! I truly appreciate your honesty regarding the challenges you faced. I hear you loud and clear on the comfort of the Mercedes Sprinter; when you have a group of tall travelers, those long road days can feel quite cramped, and that is certainly not the experience we want for you. Your comments about the 3-star accommodations and the late arrival times are also very well-taken. We try to pack in as much as possible to maximize the value of the trip, but we clearly hit some limits with the travel fatigue on this route. I especially love your suggestion for a more detailed daily breakdown of costs. Providing a clearer "cheat sheet" for monument fees and tips is a fantastic idea to reduce confusion, and I’ll be working with our team to implement that into our pre-trip documentation. Thank you for the reminder that while seeing it all is exciting, it shouldn't come at the cost of rest. We are taking your feedback to our logistics team to see how we can better balance the itinerary and vehicle comfort moving forward. I hope that, despite the long days, you returned home with some wonderful memories of Morocco! Warmly, Timeless Tours team

Dear Alan, Thank you so much for your candid feedback. I’m thrilled the scenery and desert stay were highlights for you, and I will certainly pass your praise along to Yassim and your driver—they’ll be so pleased to hear their hard work was noticed! I hear you loud and clear regarding the pace and the vehicle comfort. To provide some context, this specific itinerary is designed to cover as many of Morocco's incredible highlights as possible in under nine days. We structured it to start on a Saturday and conclude with airport transfers the following Sunday so that travelers can experience the best of the country while only needing to take one week off work. That said, I completely agree that adding an extra day or two is a great idea for a more relaxed experience. Your comments about the seating and the long driving hours are incredibly helpful, and I am taking them directly to our operations team to re-evaluate our vehicle standards and logistics. We want the journey to be just as enjoyable as the destinations. I’m sorry the pace felt so rushed this time, but I truly appreciate your insight as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. I’m glad that, despite the long hours, you found Morocco itself to be magnificent. Warmly The Timeless team

Dear Scott, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and candid account of your recent "Timeless Morocco" tour. On behalf of the entire team, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your patience and for the "glass half full" perspective you maintained despite the challenges you encountered. It is wonderful to hear that the scenery, our Sahara glamping experience, and the efforts of your guide left a positive impression. Our guides are the heart of our tours, and I will be sure to pass your kind words along to him. However, I also want to address the "negatives" you raised, as they provide us with a vital roadmap for improvement. Addressing Your Concerns Accommodation at Hotel Racine: Please accept our sincerest apologies for the conditions you experienced. Multiple rooms facing flooding issues is completely unacceptable. We are currently reviewing our partnership with this property and have dispatched a quality control representative to ensure these maintenance issues are resolved or to source a more reliable alternative for future departures. Transport and Comfort: Your feedback regarding the 15-seat Sprinter is well-taken. While these vehicles are standard for Morocco's narrow mountain passes, we recognize that for a 2,100 km journey, "available seats" do not always equal "comfortable travel." We are evaluating our group-to-vehicle size ratios to ensure more breathing room on these long-haul stretches. Mechanical Issues: We understand how unsettling a mechanical failure can be, especially in remote areas. While we are glad the team managed a roadside repair, we regret that the promised replacement bus did not materialize. We are reviewing our emergency protocols with our local transport providers to ensure faster, more reliable backups are prioritized. Pacing and Itinerary: Morocco is a vast and vibrant country, but we never want the "content" to come at the expense of our guests' well-being. We are looking into the daily driving durations to see where we can better balance the sightseeing with earlier arrivals at our hotels. Moving Forward We truly value that you would still recommend us, though we aim to be a company where you don't feel the need to "lower the bar." We would love the chance to welcome you back on another adventure in the future—perhaps in a different corner of the world—to show you the seamless experience we strive for. Thank you again for your patience and for being part of such a fantastic group of travelers. Safe travels,

Dear Maida, Thank you so much for sharing such a vibrant and thoughtful review of your Timeless Morocco journey! It sounds like you captured some truly "once-in-a-lifetime" moments—from that sunset camel trek into the Sahara to the high energy of the ATV riding the next morning. I am especially thrilled to hear that Ben Imad, Zac, and Tarik took such great care of you. We take immense pride in our team, and I will be sure to pass along your glowing praise to all three of them. It’s wonderful to know that Ben Imad’s knowledge and Zac’s attentive spirit made you feel well-looked after, and that Tarik kept everything moving smoothly on the road. Reflecting on Your Highlights It’s great to hear that Chefchaouen lived up to the "Blue Pearl" hype! It is a bit of a trek to get up there, so knowing it was a favorite makes the journey feel well worth it. And of course, the Barbary macaques (the "Bubir" monkeys) are always a delightful surprise for our guests—it sounds like your group really made the most of every stop! Room for Improvement We also truly appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the pace and the local fees: The Travel Pace: Morocco is a vast country with incredible landscapes, but we hear you—the drives can be long. We are constantly looking at our itineraries to see how we can better balance the "getting there" with the "being there," especially in historic hubs like Fez and Rabat. Hotel Gratuities: Thank you for bringing up the hotel fee. While this is a local custom intended to support the hardworking staff behind the scenes, we agree that transparency is key. We will review our pre-departure documentation to ensure this is more clearly disclosed so there are no surprises for our future travelers. Thank you again for choosing us to help you create these beautiful memories. We hope to see you on another adventure soon! Warmly,

Language: While the primary language of the tour is English, our guides are fluent in French. They will be more than happy to provide you with French translations or extra context during the journey so you don't miss a single detail.

The Guide: You will have a dedicated driver-guide who stays with the group for the entire tour. For the complex medinas of Fes and Marrakech, we also bring in specialized local city guides for deep-dive historical tours.

The Vehicle: The type of vehicle we use depends on the final size of the group. For smaller groups (2–6), we use a comfortable Minivan (like a Mercedes Vito, ford or fiat). For larger groups up to 15, we use a Mercedes Sprinter minibus or similar. Both are modern, fully air-conditioned, and designed for long-distance comfort.

As a thank you to our friends in the industry, we can certainly offer further 35 Euros reduction in addition to the deal we currently have.

Entrance Fees: You should budget approximately $80–$100 USD per person for the entire 9-day tour. This covers the major monuments like the Hassan II Mosque, Volubilis, and the Palaces in Marrakech.

Can we manage to trade our three planned transfer for a single transfer on the 28 th from RAK airport to downtown marrekesh

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten April 2026

We can certainly arrange separate airport pickups for you, provided both flights arrive on the first day of the scheduled tour.

Please keep in mind that airport transfers are included only on the official start and end dates of the itinerary. If you have booked extra nights through us, your transfers will be extended to cover those dates. However, if you have made independent arrangements for additional accommodation before or after the tour, you will need to handle your own transportation for those specific days.

We have found a tour that we like and would like to take with our 10 year old kid. The minimum age requirement for this tour is 12. Our kid is very mature, well behaved and an experienced traveler. Can you make an exception?

Yes, we would be happy to make an exception for you! It sounds like your son is quite the seasoned traveler, and we'd love to have your family join us. Since he is well-behaved and used to life on the road, I'm confident he'll have a fantastic time on the tour.

Can we be dropped off at Marrakech airport on the evening of 21 Nov rather than stay overnight in Marrakech on 21 Nov night and fly out on 22 Nov? If this is possible, what is the approximate reduction in price for the hotel room and breakfast that we wouldn't need for 21 Nov night?

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

On Day 8 of the itinerary, the group travels from Meknes through Rabat and Casablanca, typically arriving back in Marrakech in the early evening (around 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Since your flight is late that night, a drop-off at the airport is absolutely possible. We can arrange for the tour vehicle to drop you at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) on the evening of the 21st rather than taking you to the hotel. By opting out of the final night (Nov 21) and breakfast (Nov 22), we can offer a reduction of £35 per person. For three people, this would be a total discount of £105.

Yes, we can definitely arrange for two twin beds for your double occupancy booking

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

You'll be staying in a luxury-style desert camp (near Merzouga). These tents feature private en-suite bathrooms located right inside your tent, including a flushing toilet, sink, and shower.

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

While the Merzouga region is in eastern Morocco, the camp is situated in a safe, designated tourism zone. It is roughly 30–50 kilometers from the Algerian border, but the area is heavily monitored and very secure for travelers

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

September is a "peak" month. Our small group tours often fill up 9 to 12 months in advance. If you are ready to secure your spot now, we are currently offering a 35% discount on the total tour price for the Timeless Morocco package.

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten March 2026

This specific itinerary is a group tour, not a private one. Unfortunately, the standard group departure for this tour would not suit your specific arrival and departure times because the group tour operates on a fixed schedule, it doesn't offer the flexibility needed to align with your flights.

The good news is that we can certainly arrange a private tour for you and your companion. A private tour will give you several advantages:

Custom Timing: We can start the tour immediately upon your arrival and ensure you are back at the airport by 7:00 AM on the departure day.

Tailored Pace: With 7 nights and 8 days, we can curate the route to focus on the highlights that matter most to you without being tied to a group bus schedule.

Exclusivity: You will have your own dedicated vehicle and driver/guide for the entire duration.

      Desert: Luxury Desert Camp
      Fes: Lescale
      Chefchaouen: Hotel Tarek
      Meknes: Dar Meknes Tresor

    • Timeless ToursOperatorWritten February 2026

Regarding your suitcases, you don't need to worry about "backpacking" into the dunes! Since you have a private vehicle and driver for the duration of the trip, your suitcases will remain securely with the vehicle or be transported directly to the camp area. You won't be expected to trek through the sand with heavy bags. We handle the logistics so your belongings are accessible when you arrive at your tent. It is also worth noting that we use luxury private tents for our desert camping. These aren't basic camping setups; they are well-appointed with comfortable beds and en-suite facilities, providing a good level of comfort right in the heart of the dunes.
