Ovinda was friendly and a great tour guide. She made me feel welcome and ensured we made the best of our experience throughout the trip. Ovinda really helped me with and looked after during the mountain hike and I was grateful for that. However ovinda could have been more upbeat and positive during the evening to make the nights more fun and br Also the dinners felt some pressure to pre order each meal, even though the restaurants weren’t very busy. Ovinda was warm, welcoming, and shared lots of valuable information about Bali and always told us exactly what we would need to prepare for the next day. The tour was so much fun and very action packed. Ovinda made sure we were always on time, got us around and gave us recommendations for when we had free time. From the moment she added us into the group chat, she has been so supportive and on the ball with our intinary and making sure we are all having the best time on our tour. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and having Ovinda as my tour guide has made it even better, constant encouragement, laughter and just being a friend from day one. If you get to experience a tour with Ovinda as your guide your in for the best holiday ever. Ovinda has been so much more than just a travel guide to us girls, she's become a friend I hope to meet again. Every problem or incident she has acted immediately wether it was helping one of us with something medical or when we were feeling anxious, and especially if there was an issue at an activity. I myself had a small incident take place at a surfing lesson and she was fast to act and find a solution and ensure I was happy and safe and still after the incident has constantly checked in. She has been a joy I have never laughed so much but still through all the fun she has shared so much Balinese culture with us and it's been a true privilege. I would have felt lost without having her she has been the highlight of my entire trip, ensuring all of us feel comfortable and cared for and included, nothing was ever to much and I can never thank her enough for being such a huge part of my first ever solo travelling adventure.Show more

Ovinda has been the absolute best tour guide a gal could ask for, this has been the best trip of my life and I have loved every second of it! A massive part of that is the bond I created with Ovinda, not only was she my tour guide but I have made a special friend in her and appreciate all that she has done for me. Ovinda is AMAZING, i felt at ease and comfortable around Ovinda from the moment we met. She is an absolute Icon and is a credit to try travels. Never change Ovinda, keep being you!! This was my first time solo travelling and have had the best experience from start to finish!! I have cried so many happy tears this trip as I feel so grateful to have experienced this!!
