  My sister and I take European trips every few years, we loved traveling with Amadeus. We took the Tulip Serenade river cruise this time and we were very pleased. The crew were helpful and fun to be around. Our suite was great, it even had a large shower. We've traveled with other river cruise lines, but we will travel with Amadeus again. So far it's our favorite. Oh, and the tulip tour was wonderful!Show more

  We had a fantastic time and met so many wonderful people on board! The staff went above and beyond doing their daily jobs! It’s well organized and efficient on daily basis. It’s very clean and comfortable in the rooms. And the food is superb excellent everyday! We enjoyed the daily excursion and the activities on board. They keep us plenty busy with quiz and games and on board musicians.Show more

  The tour of itself was very good. However it was an un rattling experience when we realized the info given about the e sim card coming through email was not correct. We never received it through email and by the time we were in Europe we ran into problems because we had depended on it coming so we made no alternative plans beforehand with our internet provider. As a result we have incurred over $100cdn in charges and feel let down after the sale was made. We feel that we should at least get compensated with a credit for the e sim or towards our $100+ bill. We are not inclined to refer your company or Aaron for further business as the problem was not solved but rather made our trip not a smooth and enjoyable experience as it could have been with a little effort after the sale was made and the trip paid for.Show more
