Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
Your driver meets you at the airport and takes you to your Hanoi hotel. After checking in around 2:00 PM, you'll have the afternoon free to walk around and get oriented. Around 5:30 or 5:45 PM your guide picks you up for a street food tour through the Old Quarter. You'll sample pho, bánh cuốn, and egg coffee at local spots before heading back to your hotel.

- Day 2
Hanoi to Ha Long Bay
Grab breakfast at your hotel, then you're picked up between 8:00 and 8:30 AM for the drive to Tuan Chau Harbor. You'll board a 2-day sleeper boat heading into Ha Long Bay. The first day includes a visit to Surprising Cave with its stalagmites and stalactites, kayaking through Luon Cave, and climbing Titov Peak for views across the limestone formations. Lunch happens on the boat, and you'll have tea in the afternoon. By 8:30 PM you're back in Hanoi.

- Day 3
Hanoi to Da Nang to Hoi An
After breakfast and checking out, your guide takes you through Hanoi's major sights: Tran Quoc Pagoda from the 6th century, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex with his old residences, One Pillar Pagoda, plus either the Vietnam Ethnology Museum or Women's Museum, the Temple of Literature, and Hoa Lo Prison Museum. You'll grab lunch at a local restaurant, then head to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Your driver transfers you to Hoi An for the night.

- Day 4
Hoi An
Your guide picks you up at 8:30 AM. First, you'll spend about 30 minutes at the local market with a chef picking out ingredients. After that, you head to Cam Thanh village for a welcome drink and cooking class where you'll learn to make local dishes. In the afternoon, you travel to My Son Sanctuary (a UNESCO site) for a 2-hour visit including cultural performances. The day ends with a sunset boat ride on Thu Bon River back to Hoi An, arriving around 6:00 PM.

Hoi An to Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City to Cu Chi
Have breakfast, then your driver takes you to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. After you land, your driver picks you up and transfers you to your hotel. Around 12:30 or 1:00 PM your guide picks you up for the drive to Cu Chi, which takes about an hour and a half. You'll watch an introductory video, then explore the tunnel systems from the war including living areas, kitchens, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers. You'll try cassava and special tea like the guerrillas did, and you can choose to shoot a real gun before returning to your hotel.

- Day 6
Mekong Delta Tour
You're picked up early between 7:30 and 8:00 AM for the drive to My Tho on the Mekong River. You'll visit Vinh Trang Pagoda from the 1800s, then take a sampan to cruise around the Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands. You'll walk around Unicorn Island through country lanes and orchards, try tropical fruits, and listen to local folk music. The day includes visiting family businesses, a honey-bee farm, and coconut candy workshops to see how locals live and work. After lunch at a local restaurant, you can either cycle around Tan Thach village to meet people or relax in a hammock. You return to Ho Chi Minh City by late afternoon or early evening.
