I had an amazing time on this adventure. The itinerary was well organized, fun, and gave us a great mix of activities and experiences. What really made the trip special was our tour guide Hendri! He was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and enjoyable to be around. He made everyone feel comfortable, kept the group entertained, and shared so much interesting information throughout the tour. The conditions there are good pretty much any time you visit. When is the best time to go on a surfing tour?
The best time really depends on where you want to go. If you're heading to Byron Bay in Australia, book between September and April when the water's warmer and waves are consistent. For Morocco's Taghazout, winter (October-March) brings bigger waves of 6-8 feet (2-2.5 meters). In Bali, plan your trip during dry season (April-October) when you'll find steady waves around 3-5 feet (1-1.5 meters).
