  i'm travelling solo for now , but i also want to know if i want to bring more people with me , what is the age limit for these trips? generally what is the age groups of the people who travel for this trip

    Our tours are for 18-49 year olds. Our group on 5 September are all solo female travellers aged 18 to mid 30s, but we regularly have people in their 30s and 40's travel with us and have an incredible time too! As long as you have an appetite for adventure and are happy bonding with people of all backgrounds, you'll fit in perfectly!

    Regarding your veggie/vegan diet, that's absolutely no issue. We try our best to accommodate for any allergies/diet requirements at every restaurant we visit. Bali is actually a great place to travel as a vegetarian/vegan and you'll have lots of yummy curries and stir fries to choose from. My favourite dishes are gado-gado, and also the fresh veggie spring rolls too! There's lots of cute vegan cafes around too

    Because Bali is so tropical you won't need to pack too much! Some swimmers and beachy outfits are perfect! Plus, there will be places along the way where you can do laundry, so you won't need to overpack. Once you book your trip, you'll be sent a link to download our Intro Travel App where you can find your recommended packing list.

    On Day 1 of your trip, there are no planned activities, so you can choose to arrive at any time. The group usually meets from 5pm onwards for a welcome dinner. Your Group Leader will confirm the exact meeting time and details with you on the day. If you can't make it, no worries! We can still arrange your airport pickup, and you can meet up with the group afterwards.

    Yes that is absolutely possible! The closer we get to the start date, we just cannot guarantee we have the availability for the full 12 Days but we'll do everything we can to get you extended.

    Yes! If you're planning to arrive on the 4th September, we can check availability at the starting accommodation for an extra night and, if available, get this booked for you. The cost for a pre-night is $55 USD.

    A transfer back to the airport at the end of your trip is not included. Your Group Leader will help you book your transfer back to the airport.
    
    The Bali Intro 9 day finishes on the beautiful island of Gili Trawangan in Lombok, just east of Bali. If you're just doing the 9 day then going home and need to get back to Denpasar airport, then it's a simple ferry/minivan combo that will take around 3-4 hours, and cost around $85 / £45.
    
    Due to the timings of the ferries, the earliest we recommend booking an onward flight out of Bali is around 7pm on day 9.

    Your accommodation is included from the standard check-in time on the 5th, which is usually around 2–3pm.
    
    If you're arriving in the early hours of the 5th, for example at 1am, and you'd like to have access to your room straight away, you would need to book an additional night to cover the early check-in.

    could you please confirm which fast boat/ferry operator and specific boat you are planning to use for our Bali → Gili transfer. I have heard local fast boats experiences in the ferries are not great .

    Our airport pickup is only available if you're staying at the starting hotel. So, if you choose to arrive early and stay at different accommodation before your trip begins, we would kindly ask that you make your own way from the airport to your accommodation.

    If doing the 9 day tour we recommend booking a flight home no earlier than 7pm on day 9 (13th September).

    Both the 9–day and 12–day tours follow the exact same itinerary for the first 9 days. The 12–day option is simply an extension, so anyone booked on the 12–day tour just continues on with the extra days after the 9–day travellers finish.
    
    Currently we have 8 bookings in total with 5 bookings doing the full 12 day tour!

    An 11am flight is possible on the final day, you may just have to depart very early in the morning by taxi to reach the airport in time. Your group leader can help arrange this for you in Bali.

    We have a majority of females on most of the groups we run, however if you are looking for a group with only female travellers then I would recommend the 5th September, however please note that this can always change as we get new bookings until the startdate.

    Majority of our travellers are female so most groups in September would suit you! The 5th September is the only start date which is currently all female, the rest have a few males booked but still mostly female! When in September are you able to travel?

    Probably sept 5 and will there is vegetarian food?? And can u also tell me what I need to pack before coming like universal charger of something? And also is it compulsory to know swimming before coming??

    Yes, vegetarian food is absolutely fine! Just let us know your dietary requirements when you book so the team can make sure this is noted for the trip. For packing, I'd definitely recommend bringing a universal travel adaptor, comfortable clothes, swimwear, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle and a small day bag. You can also find the full packing list in the INTRO Travel App once you're booked. And no, you don't need to be able to swim to join the trip! There are some water based activities, but you won't need to be a strong swimmer. If you're not comfortable in the water, just let your Group Leader know.

    I'm afraid that our tours operate with a strict age range of 18-49 years old. As your Aunty is in her 50s this means that we wouldn't be able to accommodate her on our tour, so sorry about that! We set an age range to make sure the style, pace, and overall vibe of our group tours stays consistent for everyone. Our trips are designed specifically for travellers aged 18–40s, which is why we have a maximum age limit of 49. This isn't based on attitude, fitness or ability. It's simply about maintaining the trip style and group dynamic that our travellers come expecting.

    On the 20th August Bali Intro tour we have 13 bookings, 12 are female and 1 is male. If you have 2 female travellers interested in joining this trip then they would be roomed together throughout the tour in a twin room. Even if they were solo, then they would only share with 1 other female on the group, apart from the 2 nights in Lovina, where they may share with a few more females, depending on the group size.

    This tour is ran by a group leader and local tour guides and currently has 5 confirmed bookings.
    
    We can certainly look into the possibility of a private room for you. However we do room you with someone of the same gender (excluding multi-share accommodation) and try our best to room you with someone of a similar age. Also Group Members are in their hotel rooms for a very limited time throughout the trip, as there are activities most days and things planned most evenings.

    Other costs you will need to consider are your flights, visa and insurance, along with some spending money for souvenirs and meals. The majority of people on our tours are aged 18 to 40, but we regularly have people in their 40's travel with us and have an incredible time!

We generally find that our Premium tours are well suited to those in their 40's.   I have a question about the 'Bali intro 9 days' trip. It includes dolphin spotting. I have read many of these tours are not sustainable, as they are chasing the dolphins with many boats at a time. However, there is a sustainable tour at 'Lovina Dolphin tour'. Which type of tour is included in this trip? the sustainable one, or the one with many boats chasing the dolphins?

    The animals safety is our priority and we definitely do not chase the dolphins, I have personally done this tour and the guides were very respectful to the dolphins in their natural habitat :)

    For our Bali Intro tour departing on the 26th April, we currently have 15 bookings - 11F & 4M and the ages range from 19-35. Half of the group are age 18-22, so I think you would fit in perfectly with this group!

  Is it okay to bring a suitcase around 25 kg on the tour? Will it be a problem if it's more than the recommended 20 kg?

    This shouldn't be too much of an issue, as you are never having to carry your suitcase for long periods. The only time that it may be a bit tricky is when you are getting on/off the boat to and from Gili Trawangan as it can get a little bit crowded around the pier. However, the boat staff are very helpful and will help with getting your suitcase on and off the boat.
