  Our private tour of Naples, Sorrento, Almalfi, Pompeii, and Capri Island trough Soleto Travel for four people for foue nights was great. The tour guides Sonia (Naples and Amalfi/Vesuvius) and Merella (Capri), as well as the Pompeii guide were excellent. We would recommend enhanced audio ear pieces even for the small group. The accommodations were very good, although the Sorrento hotel was a long walk from the center of town anid heavy vehicle traffic. We ended up extending the stay in Sorrento a couple of nights. Highly recommended.Show more

  The tour that I went on was actually run by Carrani Tours. Tourradar invoiced me mentioning Soleto Travel. Nothing mentions the Charming Amalfi Coast Tour. Carrani provide a Tour if you could even call it Tour called Beautiful Amalfi Coast. We enjoyed the Amalfi Coast however we disappointed that the Tour originally paid for which included Sicily was not delivered. This is not the fault of Carrani Tours. Accommodation, Sorrento, Hotel Vesuvious, Maiori and Panorama Hotel were fantastic as was the Lemon Tour, the only guided part in four days. Pompeii on the first was excellent as were the driver and guide Franco and Marco.Show more

  I’ll admit that when I booked this tour, I was apprehensive about it, the itinerary, the guide, hotels etc. We were also expecting a small group of up to 10 people. However, When they say private that’s exactly what you’re getting a private tour. We began with a private transfer to the hotel Grand Oriente located in the heart of downtown Napoli. We began our tour in Naples with Sonia. She showed us downtown Napoli and took us on a food tour as well. That evening, our driver Antonio drove us to Sorrento and left us at the Central Wellness Hotel, a Smaller boutique hotel that wasn’t too far from the main square. The next day, our guide Mariano and the driver took us to the harbor to catch a boat to Capris. Mariano knew the ins and outs of the island and thus we were able to see and do everything on a timely schedule because of his great planning skills. Capris was amazing and beautiful. After a full day there, we caught the ferry back to Sorrento where once again a driver was waiting to take us to the lemoncello tour. He left us at the garden and let us know how to return to our hotel (maybe a 10 minute walk) when we were done. That tour was amazing and so relaxing after a long hectic day. It was the perfect end. Sadly, they can’t ship all their products so we did not get to buy as many items as we would have liked. The following day, Sonia once again along with Raffaele the driver drove us to Amalfi where we toured the town, did some shopping before driving to a winery off of Vesuvius for lunch and a wine tour then off to Pompei where she left us with another wonderful guide, Mattheo. Pompei was amazing and when we were done, Rafelle was waiting to drive us all the way back to Sorrento. A very long but well planned, enjoyable and educational day. The next day, Antonio, drove us to Atrani for an extended 2 days of rest and relaxation. The hotel chosen for us was Palazzo Ferraioli. Hotel was great and we had a great view of the water. Beware though, we had to take a lot of stairs to get to the hotel and just about every where in Atrani. Other than that, this trip which started with apprehension ended up being one of the most enjoyable experiences. We have been spoiled. It will be hard to go back to reality. Thank you Omar for all your expertise. We will never forget this wonderful adventure.Show more

  Thank you for organising our Amalfi coast and Malta private tours.The additional Lemon tour with lunch was great on day 6. The view from the hotel was lovely. We really liked Maiori because it was relaxing and contained less tourists.and colleagues provided. On our return to Australia, we are going to recommend your company and their private tours to our travel consultant and our friends. Show more

  Overall, an enjoyable experience. Good drivers and guides, who arrived promptly. The last touring day was not well planned. We were supposed to go for a limoncello tasting at 16:30. We returned from Capri only at 16:30. There was no driver so we were supposed to walk there? And then return to the hotel on foot? Needless to say, we decided not to go. Also, the drivers who come to collect guests from the airport should check the arrival times before they turn up. Planes get delayed and often arrive several hours behind schedule. My friend was stranded at Naples airport without transport to the hotel.Show more

  Hi Beryl, Thank you very much for your review, I am very pleased to know that the experience was overall positive and that you enjoyed the tour. About the lemon tour in Sorrento returning from the Capri tour. The tour is always scheduled around 4.30pm, however transport back to the hotel is not included as customers often want to spend some free time in Sorrento for shopping or a walk before returning to the hotel, for that reason the transfer immediately after the lemon tour was not included. While for the transfer from the airport on arrival, in your case there were no problems, while for the flight of your traveling companion, unfortunately the scheduled time was 12.15 while the flight delay was 5 hours, the the driver usually waits 1 hour, then unfortunately since he had another service booked he was unable to return to the airport, in that case however we provided a refund for the taxi he had to take.   Omar- I just wanted to thank you again for such a wonderful trip. Gabriella is a fantastic tour guide. She is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and is so much fun to be around. She knew all the places to get the espressos, pastries and advised us on which little restaurants to eat. The wine tasting was delicious and the limoncello tours were also. And of course Pompeii left us speechless, as well as the cathedrals. The drivers were also very curtious and knowledgeable, especially Marco. David, Gabriella, Marco and I enjoyed driving through Italy seeing the sights, scenery and learning about Italy. The weather never stopped us! It rained a little in Naples and Ravello. The hotels were perfect. We had a trip of a lifetime!!!Show more
