    We have no visit pura Tanah Lot Visit, but we can provide you for Visiting Pura Tanah Lot if you arrange the Pre-tour accommodation or post tour accommodation, and we will arrange the visit on that day with add on services. if you arrange extra service for Post tour accommodation + Visit Pura Tanah Lot then transfer to the airport please be mind to arrange your flight out from Bali with time after 7pm to avoid missed flight additional price for that service is USD 100/pax (min. 2 pax), Include Post tour accomodation, Transportation, English Driver cum Guide, entrance ticket Pura Tanah Lot, Transfer out to airport.

    We will pick you up from the airport refer as your flight arrival schedule and transfer you to hotel. So it means arrival pick up transfer is include service, and for hotel check in our guide will helping you proceed the check in so you just sit an relax let our guide taking care all the things for you.
    
    For single room yes we have service based on single room you could click on the room section upon your booking booking process and you can choose which one is convenience for you (for hotel we have 2 option, based on Sharing room or single/private room).

    Is this package refundable after booking or no refund if I change my mind?
    
    So for example if I arrive at 10am or 1pm or 7pm (any time) on the 26th are you still available to pick me up from the airport - I just show the flight time? Or is there a specific time you need?
    
    If I came a day early on the 25th at like 8pm - is that a no to picking up because it is a day early?
    
    If I decided to leave later after the tour for example on the 1st Jan can you guys drop me off at the airport? Even if I pay extra for it?
    
    Do you guys have a driving service I can hire a driver and pay for if I wanted to explore around the city after the tour ends?

    About Cancelation and Refund policy: CANCELLATION
    a) Cancellation Terms for Multi-Day Tours: If you need to cancel your Multi-Day tours, our cancellation policy is as follows: A cancellation which is at least 50 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure: The Bali Trip Mate will withhold or take part of the amount that has been incurred in connection with the cancellation as a Future Deposit by these Terms, the remainder of the full payments made to The Bali Trip Mate in respect of the canceled product will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 day(s) and before 15 day(s) of departure – No Future Deposit will apply by The Bali Trip Mate in accordance with these Terms, an amount equal to 50% of the full payments of the canceled tour will be refunded. Cancellation less than 15 day(s) – No Future Deposit will be held by The Bali Trip Mate in accordance with these Terms, and no further refund will be payable.
    
    b) Cancellation Terms for Tailor-Made Trip: Please note that deposits paid for Tailor-Made trips cannot be held as a Future Deposit. If you need to cancel your Tailor-Made trip, our cancellation policy is as follows: A cancellation which is at least 60 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure – The Bali Trip Mate will withhold or take part of the amount that has been incurred in connection with the cancellation by these Terms, the remainder of the full payments made to The Bali Trip Mate in respect of the canceled product will be refunded. Cancellation less than 60 day(s) and before 30 day(s) of departure – The Bali Trip Mate will refund an amount equal to 50% of the full price of the cancelled Tour. Cancellation made less than 30 day(s) original departure/arrival – no refund will be payable.
    
    c) Cancellation Terms for Day Tours & Transportation: If you need to cancel your Day tours and Transportation booking our cancellation policy is as follows: A cancellation which is at least 14 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure The Bali Trip Mate may be able to withhold or take part of the amount paid to reimburse the costs that have been incurred in connection with the cancellation. Cancellation less than 7 day(s) and before 3 day(s) of travel – An amount equal to 50% of the Tour price of the cancelled Tour will be refunded. Cancellation less than 3 day(s) – No refund will be payable.
    
    d) Cancellation Terms for Accommodation: All cancellation for bookings/reservations for accommodation subject to each Hotel, Resort or Villas cancellation policies.
    
    Pick up Service: We will pick you up from Airport if you have arrived in the same day with tour start refer to your arrival flight schedule (anytime). If your arrival flight schedule is different day (example: you arrive 1 day before tour start) for transfer service will be an additional charge USD$ 15 and to make this service is smooth and seamless we will require your arrival flight details.
    
    Transfer out service: Due to for 4 Days Bali Authentic Experience tour will be finish in Ubud, so if you decided to stay little bit longer, it will be raised a post tour accommodation charge USD 105, and you will be entitled for Transfer out services.
    
    Extra Transportation Service: Yes We have Transportation with English Speaking driver to assist you for your strolling around city after trip, just only USD$ 45/car/day

    And do you accept medium size luggage in your vans or is there limited space for bag sizes since there will be 10 people?

    At the moment for departure is still open and if you confirm to join you will be the first participant who sign up. Our quota per goup is max. 12 participant, and 3 people minimum to departure.
    
    For your trip plan you would like to share the room with you father with separate bed (Twin Bed), it will be fine for Family link (Father - Daughter, Mother - Son, Sibling etc).
    
    Medium Size luggage is possible due to we have no limitation for suitcase size just suggestion for number luggage want to bring. And if our van space are not sufficient to bring the luggage we will transfer your luggage with luggage van (separate car).

    If minimum participant is not reach minimum number to departure (less than 3 person), we will inform you latest 1 month before trip about update number of participant and possibility to departure.
    
    If number of participant until 3 weeks before the trip not reaching the minimum number to departure we will give you 3 option, as follow:
    
    Option 1: Reschedule to nearest date who have participant sign up already, and guarantee to departure.
    
    Option 2: Stil departure on the same date as your booking, with switching the service from group tour arrangement into Private Trip Free and Easy service. Free and Easy Service is we will provide you with Transportation, English Speaking Drver Guide and Hotel Booking. For Entrance ticket and meals by your own account and you could personalized which tourist attraction you willing to visit or not.
    
    Option 3: If both option is not working, you could cancel with full refund.

We can then either process a full refund for your cancellation or help you switch to a private tour with a flexible, Free and Easy arrangement to ensure your trip still happens.

You should add on service for Post tour accommodation, you can choose either to extend in Ubud or Kuta, with details price of accommodation as follow: Post Tour Accommodation In Ubud : USD 85 / room /night, Post tour Accommodation in Kuta : USD 77 /room /night.   I will already be in Bali on April 5th. I am on another tour from March 28-April 5. It ends in Sanur, so I will be traveling from Sanur to Kuta. Is there a way to meet up with the group other than at the airport? Can I just go to the hotel when I get to Kuta?
