- Louann· June 9th, 2022The customer service, phone and email was poor...they owe us money and have stopped responding. Probably because we are already home and our travels with them are done. Please make sure you get all your money's owed in writing.. especially if you have to rebook and the prices have increased. I had an okay trip but could never get them to explain the additional charges for rebooking during the pandemic. Remember that there are extras and they add up...dinners executions and misc trips. The total cost for just me was almost $6500.00 and that did not include airfare or additional meals. - Bruce· October 2nd, 2019Our Tour Director, Deanne, and driver Tom were EXCEPTIONAL (SIX STARS!) and turned a mediocre experience to a very good one through their consistently excellent efforts and professional skill. First a point of order: We booked a BRENDAN VACATION. Their website advertises 25-40 people on the tour. We were provided a TRAFALGAR TOUR that had 50 people on the bus. Due to the bus configuration, about 30% of the seats had cramped legroom and were very uncomfortable. People with mobility issues found getting on and off the bus difficult. Many seats slid involuntarily into the reclined position. Wifi in the bus did not work for half of the trip. Hotel standards inconsistent .Two of the ten hotels on the trip were small cramped and dilapidated. About 40% of hotels did not have elevators. Two were "four star", the rest were average. Itineraries were interesting but demanding for seniors. Our group got along well which made the overall experience a memorable one.Show moreTrip date: September 2019

Our two drivers (Alfred and Nigel) were spectacular and safe! I thoroughly enjoyed not having to lug my luggage to and from the coach at every overnight stop. Peter Flood was exceptional!
