We had an absolutely fabulous time. Yustus was a great tour leader, lovely person and very accommodating to our needs. He also made our trip fun and very enjoyable playing guitar and singing with us. …We had an absolutely fabulous time. Yustus was a great tour leader, lovely person and very accommodating to our needs. He also made our trip fun and very enjoyable playing guitar and singing with us. We also appreciated our local tour guides, drivers and motor bike escorts on Nusa Penida. We learned so much about Bali and its people. We would thoroughly recommend others to do this amazing trip in order to get a taste of many of the wonderful destinations in Bali. We enjoyed all the different accommodation styles. The only improvement we would have liked is to have been able to upgrade at Gili T to an ocean view room. Thank you for a most memorable trip.

He was extremely accommodating and since it was just the four of us for most of the trip he allowed us to shuffle things around to fit our wants and needs. He is the sweetest and plays an excellent Ukulele! We had everyday filled with adventures. Some were definitely more adventurous than others!! The only suggestion would be better timeliness. Bali time is a real thing 8:30 could really be anywhere from 8:20 to 9:00. The drivers we had were very good. Can’t imagine how they navigate the roads in Nusa Penida.
Kuta and Ubud are busy cities and what you would expect, lots of shops and people and cars. The hotel in Kuta was fine and served its purpose. The hotel in Ubud was really nice. Would have preferred to have the extra night in Ubud hotel versus Kuta one.
Starting the tour with a two hour Balinese massage is amazing. Highly recommend treating yourself to additional massages when you get to Gili T. The hotel, Scallywags on Gili T was great. The outdoor bathroom was interesting but awesome great location in the heart of the island.
Bike riding was a bit scary since most of the bikes need some love and work! Highly recommend adding on horseback riding and the Gili cooking class. Loved both.
Nusa Penida hotel was by far the nicest but was near nothing. You can’t walk anywhere. There is a shuttle to get to other restaurants. The pool was fabulous and the food in the restaurant, not the buffet, was amazing.
Overall, this was our 6th trip using Tour Radar and I am extremely happy with their coordination of the tours with the companies they partner with and I tell everyone about them! The service has always been top notch. Looking forward to book our next trip which will be Egypt!
This was a great vacation for everyone who went to Bali, Gili T and Nusa Pineda. A group of 20 travelers ranging from age 13 to 75. Our tour guide Yustus was outstanding.

It was a very nice mix between sightseeing, resting, good food, free time and some little adventures!!!
To me: the tour incl. Gili Trawangan and Nusa Penida was THE BEST!!!
There are still so many beautiful memories of this trip!

In the Gili Islands, Ji (Jaiz) provided warm, flexible, and attentive service that perfectly matched the island vibe. Bali Trip Mate also provided excellent communication throughout the entire tour, making everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The local guide, whom we understood to be an obligation, spoke too much and too fast in our opinion. The only downside was that the days started too late. The schedule should take account of afternoon showers, and all the travelers were ready at 8 a.m., not 9 or 10, which would have enabled us to complete our afternoon activities (additional snorkeling trip, for example).

The locations we went to were a great mix of urban and island that gave us a well-rounded introduction to Bali life, even if they were a little touristy. The activities were diverse and engaging and breathtakingly beautiful. I'm honestly not sure I can pick a favorite.
As for our guides - Kadek was thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. He added so much to the trip! Tress and Kadek 2 were both very kind and skillful drivers. I felt safe in their hands. I don't know how Kadek 2 navigated those streets on Nusa Penida. They are insane.
And Yustus! Yustus was wonderful! He was fun, friendly, and respectful. He was always quick to carry luggage, help us up all the stairs to the beaches (be ready to do some climbing!), or add fun facts about the locations. Plus, he's SO easy to talk to. Our group felt like a family and Yustus was definitely part of the family.
I'd highly recommend this trip! Thank you, Bali Trip Mate and thank you, beautiful Bali!

Fun tour. Great staff. Nice hotels. We packed a lot into 7 days and the staff were very helpful and knowledgable. We toured by van which was very spacious and comfortable.

This was my first solo trip, and I had countless questions — all of which were answered promptly and thoroughly despite the time difference. Their responsiveness and attention to detail truly set them apart.
As for the tour itself — it was absolutely amazing! When part of my group canceled, I initially felt nervous about continuing with just one other traveler. To my surprise, that change became the start of an incredible adventure.
Our guide, Yustus, and driver, Pepen, were the perfect duo. They are genuinely humble, kind, and humorous individuals whose warmth made the experience unforgettable. Their dedication and energy went far beyond expectations, and I truly believe they deserve recognition for their outstanding service.
I am deeply grateful to have met them and sincerely sad to part ways — they have truly become like family to me.

Our favourite hotel by far was during the Ubud segment of our trip which was absolutely beautiful and serene. In contrast, our hotel on Gili T was not so great. Cracked walls, broken plumbing and bad smells, with parts of the room disintegrating overnight. Fortunately the island itself was spectacular and our guide was great, so we enjoyed our time in the beautiful environment outside of the hotel. I think a small downside to our trip was having 3 different guides (one for Bali, one for Gili T, and one for Nusa Penida) as it disrupted the trip a little to be with a new person each time. But overall, we had a great time and would recommend our guides and this company to our friends.

The itinerary was excellent, as we saw so much of Bali which was great to experience. Our driver Mr. Pepen and our tour guide Mr.Kadek were very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. We couldn't speak highly enough of our tour leader Yustus. He was absolutely amazing throughout the whole trip, he went above and beyond to make sure we were okey and having a best time. He was fantastic, did a lot of work for everyone

The itinerary was well put together to offer you a great experience. The tour guide, Yustus, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The driver, Mr. Pepen, was great at navigating the windy streets teaming with traffic.
Overall, highly recommend booking this tour. I had an amazing time and will do the longer tour next time!

We had an amazing tour guide - Yustus who really cared about our trip. Most of us stayed pre and post accommodation to have more R&R. This trip was worth every dollar. I highly recommend it!

I had 20 people traveling with us and everyone has the time of their lives. Your staff are very helpful, especially Yustus. He goes above and beyond for us, for example someone lost there and phone and someone else loss there bag. He was able to find both items for us.
