I really need to book this tour, since I cannot adjust my vacation time off from work, or the flight I have already booked to Pretoria. Can you see my name in your side of information? How can I change my payment from 25 days tour to this 19 days tour? Another question was that did you have 25 days of trip with accommodation? If so, did you cancel these tour?

Who does the cooking on this tour?

Adventure-style tours are participatory in nature, meaning that passengers will assist the Tour Leader with setting up, food prep, cooking and cleaning. While the Tour Leader usually does most of the actual cooking, passengers are required to assist sometimes.

I'm interested in this trip. Would like to know the average age group of travelers because we want to travel with young adults.

These tours are designed for clients within the age range of 18-39 years old. That is the average age group. We do occasionally get older travellers but they are young at heart.

I am a solo traveler. I would like to know if there is a single supplement or any additional fees for being solo.

You will be welcome as a single traveller. There is no additional supplement for joining the tour on your own - many people do it - and the 06Sept departure has seats available. Accommodation on tour is twin share with another passenger of the same sex.

Is the tour available for this date and is the prepaid pass the same as the local payment?

The SouthWest Safari 19 June is not available but we can help with our Desert Tracker (which is almost the same but runs in the opposite direction). The Adventure Pass is similar to a 'local payment' because we ask that you pay it locally, to your tour leader in Africa, in US Dollars cash (although you may pre-pay it if you prefer).

- For any tour departing before May 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Acacia Adventure Holidays. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 61 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Acacia Adventure Holidays will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
