After we make the reservation we just leave notes and you charge them in destination or is it pre-paid? And how is the operation when they get to the airport, is there gonna be someone waiting for them with a sign or should they look for a spot?

Yes leave a note and we will modify your order. it is pre-paid, and your balance will be due with 60 days before tour departure. The driver will wait for them with their names on a board or a screen in the right side at the exit of Arrival Terminal.

      When you book the tour you have the option to buy insurance also. There are different dates because the tour departs depending on the date the Halloween Party at Bran Castle is organized. The party is held only over the weekend. For 2025, next year, the tour starts on October 27. For 2026 the tour starts on October 26.
