What people love about Italy Tours in April
- 5-day Best of Italy: Rome, Florence & Venice
5 star!!! we truly enjoyed the whole trip!!!
- 8-day Best of Italy: Rome, Florence & Venice
We had the 8-day UNESCO Jewels Best of Italy tour, and it was fantastic! Airport transport for both arrival and departure went smoothly. The tour agency was always quick to respond to emails. The tours had a nice balance of free time and included activities, and the optional tours were reasonably priced and of good quality. The bus was comfortable, though the bus Wifi unreliable. The bus driver was friendly. Hotels were comfortable, better than I expected actually. Locations were all convenient, and included breakfasts were simple but superior to complimentary continental breakfasts found in the United States. Included meals were okay; two were average and two were excellent. In general, even for meals not included, I found food in Italy to be on the saltier side. The highlight of the tour was definitely our phenomenal tour director Clara Leone. She was crazy but so much fun, and really cared about all of us. She took the time to get to know us all and frequently gave personal recommendations for each city in our tour. I had a fantastic trip and it was nice that everything was taken care of for me.
- Mamma Mia! Best of Italy
Our tour guide, Luca, was an extremely knowledgeable, which greatly enhanced our trip. Although I had expected a more leisurely pace, the tour was still enjoyable, even though a bit fast-paced and intense. Luca went above and beyond to ensure that the tour was excellent, even purchasing local delicacies for us in different cities and doing everything he could to resolve any issues that arose. We visited many amazing places and, in comparison to other tours I've been on, the accommodation and food provided on this tour were generally superior. Additionally, the hotels were conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore on our own when we had free time. Although we felt a bit rushed at times, and I would have preferred to linger in certain places, the tour gave us a great taste of Italy, leaving me eager to return at some point in the future.
