Your words will surely be of great help to us in order to improve our communication. Probably having written on your vouchers that the tour "A Wonderful Day in Tuscany" is done with fully fitted bus was not enough. And even having arranged a meeting with our assistant to explain the itinerary was not enough. We thank you for bringing this particular to our attention, which we will try to improve. I hope you will come back to Tuscany in the future, contact us and see for yourself that our services have improved thanks to your impressions.
