- HFHeather· July 1st, 2025This tour was a fabulous experience .we stayed in 3 locations Taormina, Ortigia and Palermo. The service from communication, pick up and guided tours was outstanding. Everyday we were driven in an air conditioned mini van to some exquisite locations, restaurants, wineries, cultural sights, archaeological sights , Mt Etna. You really get a taste of “all things Sicily”. Our guides were so knowledgeable and really had passion for their island. Communication was easy even before we left Australia and whilst on tour we were always in touch with details of each days activities via what’s app. We also had free time to explore on our own with great suggestions from our guides. The hotels we stayed in were of very good standard 4 star and in great locations to explore. We cannot fault this tour and if you want a good introduction to Sicily this tour is perfect. It is a small group of 2-8 people . We were the only 2 on this tour . there won't a tour leader throughout the tour that will sleep in the same hotel. So You will have also a bit of free time to explore by yourself. Everyday You will be with our guides for the daily tour, then our office will be in contact everyday by whatsapp and we will let You know everryday the meeting point and time for the day after, who will be the guide and everything You may need. the hotels are Ariston, Livingston, Politeama.
