We are sincerely sorry that some aspects of the trip did not fully meet your expectations and, above all, that the overall value of the services provided was not fully perceived. We would however like to clarify that the hotels included in the program are officially rated 4-star properties and were carefully selected also for their extremely central locations, which represent an important added value allowing our guests to fully experience the cities visited. For example, Hotel Il Principe in Catania is located inside a historic 19th-century palace, just two minutes from Piazza Duomo, in the heart of the city center. Likewise, the hotel in Palermo also benefits from a very central and strategic location. We understand that some maintenance-related aspects may have negatively affected your perception of the stay, and the issues you reported have already been promptly communicated to the hotel management so that the necessary interventions can be carried out. However, we do not believe it is correct to state that we “cut corners,” as the choice of centrally located and historic hotels inevitably involves significant costs and represents an important added value of the tour itself. Regarding the meals, we always try to offer varied menus that represent the local Sicilian culinary tradition. We are sorry if some dishes may have seemed repetitive during the tour, but we hope you were still able to appreciate the quality of the local specialties served. As for the entrance tickets to UNESCO heritage sites, we would like to point out that the tour program clearly specifies all services included and not included, in order to provide travelers with complete transparency before booking. We are also sorry to read your comments regarding gluten-free options. Dietary requirements are always communicated to restaurants and partner suppliers, although unfortunately it is not always easy to guarantee identical standards in every location. Nevertheless, we will continue working closely with our partners to improve this aspect further. Finally, we would also like to thank you for your understanding regarding the traveler with disabilities who was part of the group. Our tour guide did his best to manage the situation professionally and with attention toward all participants. Thank you again for your feedback, which we always consider valuable in helping us improve our services. We would be delighted to welcome you back to Sicily in the future and provide you with an even more enjoyable experience.

      I am assuming this is a large group tour on coach bus?? and this price includes all 4* hotel stays??? or not? What hotels do you use in Sicily?

      I confirm that the bus used is a 52 seats deluxe bus; the group size varies for many reasons but in April/May the average is 25/35 participants. I confirm that the tour includes overnights in 4* hotels (B&B Treatment); we would send you the confirmed list on the travel document, one week before the departure. I can anticipate that the first hotel in Catania will most likely be "Il Principe 4*" in the city centre

    Your tour description looks great, and says quite clearly that there will be up to 35 people. One of the reviews said that there were 46 people! I specificallly wanted to go on a smaller group tour. Can you please clarify why there were 46, when it should have bee maximum 35?

    Do you help with Schengen visa service? I have already a booking for this tour trip, but I need to apply for Schengen visa with Italian embassy in Washington DC. However the earliest mandatory appointment is too close to my departure date for Sicily. Any advice?
