I would like to book the 3-day Safari tour. I would like to book 2-travelers per room. I would also need a 2 rooms for when we arrive on April 1, 2023 at 7:30 PM. We would then be picked up early on April 2, 2023 for the start of the Safari. How do I book this on your site. I see the option to select the number of travelers but I do not see the option to add accommodation the day we arrive and for the last day of the tour on April 4, 2023.

We even saw an eagle hunt down a flamingo. Kizumba campsite was brilliant as well. All staff very helpful, making sure things went smoothly. Would highly recommend this company.Show more

I had an amazing experience with this company. My driver Mike is a very nice guy who always drive safely following the speed limit and always try his best to show us all the animals he could throughout the game drive. He gave details explanation about each animals we saw and always make sure that we had a good time throughout the 3 days safari with him. The food throughout the safari is good and freshly cooked by the chef from Kizumba camp. Their vehicle is 4WD safari jeep which is in very good condition with functioning charging point and USB port.Show more

Very poor communication from start to end. The booking prpcess left me having to chase up vital info like when i was going to be picked up. I was never asked where my motel was, so took it upon myself to provide this info and still the guide went to the wrong motel. I specifocally wanted an accomodated tour and used the filters when booking and checked and dpuble checked...and ended up camping. The meals were okay but always late and often not enough for all 7 of us. Simple things like asking about times we would be leaving a certain place were not ever answered clearly. Instead a condescending "hakuna matata" was given...in other words, just dont worry about it. The push for tips despite this poor organisation was dtill strong, with the annoying repetition of "the guide/cook makes you happy, you make him happy". The one driver/guide for all 7of us was not from one compny, but we were 4 seperate bookings with different companies merged together. This meant myself and another pair were made to change from a 3 day tour to a 4 day so everyones itineries matched. This also meant paying a large sum of extra money and losing out on a night of accomodation in Moshi i had already paid for.. The other pair had to cancel plans they had in place for the fourth day. Overall, the worst safari tour i have been on out of around 15+ tours already. Do not recommendShow more

Hello Rebecca, If you check well on your mails, after you have booked the trip, we have just asked these questions Will you need 2 nights accommodation before and after the safari? Will you need 2 ways airport transfer before and after the safari? and you have just answered me , you dont need either accomodation no transfers, and this safari will be after kilimanjaro, and you have also booking the trek with other company and if you check well on your mail, i have just asked asked you about which K'S hotel are you? We have two K'S Hotel in Moshi K'S annex and K's lodge, but you have failed to tell us ,thats why our driver pass through on both K'S. Onother things is in briefing we are just explaining about our tipping policy but this is usually given at the end of safari or trekking, and this is gratitude not compalisory, we will have a meeting with safari guide and we will take a disciplinary action, as a company we do not allow this THANKS
