Unfortunately, we did not receive any contact through this emergency line. While TourRadar's customer service operates independently from our company, our emergency number would have allowed us to assist you immediately and coordinate your arrival with the tour. Regarding the incident involving another traveler, we take the safety of all our guests very seriously and have procedures in place to address unexpected situations.
