Written on September 13th, 2026Guide says entry to sites is not included, but TourRadar has sold the tour with these inclusions! I am having trouble getting assistance.Dimensione Sicilia - Dimsi Incoming Operator Srl commented on this reviewDear Joanna, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry for any misunderstanding regarding the entrance fees. Please note that entrance fees to the sites are not included in the standard tour package. They can, however, be added by purchasing one of the available Privilege Packages. We are very happy to hear that you appreciated the tour and especially the service provided by your guide. We are sorry that there was some confusion regarding the additional costs. In the travel program, we clearly indicate that optional entrance ticket packages are available for purchase, allowing guests to include all the main entrance fees in advance. The program also specifies which meals are included during the tour, so guests can have a clear overview of the services covered before departure. We sincerely hope to have the pleasure of traveling together again in the future and showing you many other beautiful corners of this wonderful island. - JB

Written on July 31st, 20261. Due to a long flight delay, my scheduled arrival was midnight instead of early afternoon. I sent messages to Tour Radar about the flight delay! No response…Read moreDimensione Sicilia - Dimsi Incoming Operator Srl commented on this reviewDear Janet, Thank you for your feedback. While we are pleased to read that you enjoyed the tour itself, we feel it is important to clarify several points. All essential information regarding the tour, including the meeting point, meeting time, and joining instructions, was clearly provided in the travel documents sent to you more than a week before your departure. These documents are intended to ensure that guests have all the information needed, even if travel plans change unexpectedly. In addition, we provide a dedicated emergency phone number, specifically to assist guests in the event of flight delays, travel disruptions, or any other urgent issue. Unfortunately, we did not receive any contact through this emergency line. While TourRadar's customer service operates independently from our company, our emergency number would have allowed us to assist you immediately and coordinate your arrival with the tour. Regarding the incident involving another traveler, we take the safety of all our guests very seriously and have procedures in place to address unexpected situations. We are glad that, despite the initial inconvenience, you found the tour itself to be very good, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. Best regards Dimensione Sicilia - MA
