- Day 1
Catania
You'll arrive at your hotel in Catania and have the rest of the day to settle in. Dinner is on your own schedule, so feel free to explore the area around your hotel or relax after travel. Then you'll spend the night there.

- Day 2
Catania to Syracuse to Noto to Ragusa
After breakfast, you're heading to Syracuse to see one of Sicily's most important Greek colonies. The Archaeological Park of Neapolis has the Greek Theatre, Roman Amphitheatre, Latomie of Paradise, and the Ear of Dionysius all in one spot. From there, walk through Ortigia's old center and check out the Cathedral and Arethusa's Fountain. You'll have free time for lunch before traveling to Noto, famous for its 18th-century Baroque style. Later you'll continue to Ragusa for dinner and overnight.

- Day 3
Modica - Piazza Armerina - Agrigento
Starting in Ragusa Ibla, you'll explore the Baroque center and visit the Cathedral in the Dome square. Then head to Giardini Ibleo gardens for views across the area. Next, you're going to Modica to stop at Sabadì chocolate manufacturer for a tasting of local flavors. After lunch at a local spot, you'll travel to Piazza Armerina to see Villa Romana del Casale with its polychrome mosaics. The day ends with a transfer to Agrigento for dinner and overnight.

- Day 4
Marsala - Salt Road - Palermo
You'll spend the morning at the Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO site with 5th-century Doric temples like the Temple of Hera, Temple of Concordia, and Temple of Heracles, surrounded by almond trees. Later, you're traveling to Marsala to walk through the town center with its noble palaces and baroque churches. There's an exclusive guided tour of the historic Florio Cellars with light lunch and wine tasting. Before heading to Palermo for overnight, you'll visit the Salt Road to see the ancient salt marshes.

Monreale - Palermo
After breakfast, you're going to Monreale to see the massive Norman Cathedral and its Arab-Norman Cloister with intricate art and semi-precious stone work. Then you'll return to Palermo to explore its multicultural architecture. You'll visit the Cathedral, Martorana Church, and Cappella Palatina. Lunch will feature local food, and along the way, you'll see Teatro Massimo and the fountain in Pretoria Square. The evening is free for you to do what you like.

- Day 6
Cefalù - Catania
You're heading to Cefalu, a medieval town on Sicily's northern coast, after breakfast. The Norman Dome is worth seeing, and you'll have free time to wander the town or visit the Mandralisca Museum. Lunch is at a popular local restaurant. Then you'll travel to Catania to explore its UNESCO heritage center with Baroque style and distinctive black lava stone streets. Starting from Duomo Square with its Cathedral and the Liotru statue, you'll visit University Square, walk Via dei Crociferi, and see the S. Benedict Monastery. There's a break at a historical bar for granita and brioche before overnight in Catania.

- Day 7
Mount Etna - Taormina - Catania
After a quick look at Catania's pescheria fish market, you're heading to Mount Etna, Europe's highest volcano at about 3,350m/11,000ft. You'll reach Rifugio Sapienza and explore the Crateri Silvestri, small inactive volcanic cones surrounded by ancient lava. The views take in Sicily, the Aeolian Islands, and Calabria. You'll taste local homemade honey and regional products. Then you're going to Taormina for lunch at a restaurant in the historic center. The Greek theatre there has incredible views over Giardini Naxos Bay and Mount Etna. Free time lets you wander medieval streets and shop for local items before returning to Catania for dinner and overnight.

Catania to Malta
You have free time this morning to explore Catania's city center. Depending on your flight, you'll transfer to Catania airport for a direct flight to Malta (20kg luggage included). Once you arrive in Malta, a private transfer takes you to your hotel. Dinner is on your own, and then you'll settle in for the night.

- Day 9
Cottonera - Marsaxlokk - Wied iz-Zurrieq - Blue Grotto
Full day with a private driver and guide exploring Malta. You'll visit Cottonera (The Three Cities) of Senglea, Vittoriosa, and Cospicua, then head to Marsaxlokk fishing village with its traditional colorful luzzi boats. There's time to browse the local market. Next, you're going to Wied iz-Zurrieq for a sea trip to the Blue Grotto, a natural cave with fluorescent underwater colors. Alternatively, you can take a boat excursion to Comino's Blue Lagoon (about one hour for swimming), then Gozo visiting Ta'Pinu, Dwejra, and Victoria, plus famous caves before returning late afternoon. Either way, you'll be back at your hotel for overnight.

- Day 10
Valletta - Mdina - Malta
After breakfast, you have a half-day guided tour of Valletta's highlights. You'll visit Casa Rocca Piccola, a 16th-century palace and current residence of the Marquis De Piro. The Cathedral of St. John has Caravaggio's Beheading of St. John the Baptist. Barraca Gardens offers views overlooking Valletta's port. You'll see the Grand Master's Palace, now home to Malta's Parliament. Then you're traveling to Mdina, Malta's former capital, to visit the Cathedral of St. Paul and walk through the lovely streets with viewpoints. After returning to your hotel, the afternoon is free.
