The Dimensione Sicilia staff were helpful and welcoming, and the organizational planning was excellent, thanks also to the effective coordination between the tour operator and the local contacts for the excursions. The Bouganville Hotel was also excellent. We hope to return soon to these beautiful islands!Show more

The tour guide was amazing, with so very much knowledge, enthusiasm, and boundless energy. Our tour guide worked with all our levels of endurance and fitness (or unfitness in my case). His language skills were great, he switched between English, Italian and Spanish so smoothly. The itinerary was very detailed and inclusive with each of the stops we made often including more than one sight to see. The sights were all of great interest and significants, with only a couple of additional entrances fees to be paid as we went which were all listed from the start so no surprises. The included meals were great and genuine to the regions we were in. The accommodation was always top quality in central areas enabling those with a little left over energy to explore more in the evenings. We would HIGHLY recommend this tour and this company, we had a small hitch arriving and they went above and beyond to assist us. The coach was very comfortable however the onboard toilet was not available for use at all during the trip (given how sparse toilets are in Italy, this was disappointing and inconvenient). I believe this could have been handled differently.
