Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi
You'll touch down at Nairobi airport where a guide meets you with details about the safari ahead. From there it's a transfer to your hotel in the Karen suburbs, giving you time to settle in and get ready for the adventure starting tomorrow.
- Day 2
Nairobi - Nairobi National Park - Nakuru
Head out early for a game drive in Nairobi National Park with a picnic breakfast, then visit the Daphne Sheldrick Centre to watch rescued baby elephants getting fed. After checking out the Karen Blixen Museum to see colonial-era Kenya, grab lunch at Matteos Restaurant. Later you'll drive to Nakuru where you'll spend the night.

Lake Nakuru National Park
You'll spend the full day exploring Lake Nakuru National Park with both a morning and afternoon game drive. The lake itself sometimes turns pink from flamingos, and you'll also see lions, buffalo, rhinos, and occasionally leopards hanging out in the trees along the shoreline.

- Day 4
Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
Travel by road to Masai Mara National Reserve and arrive in time for lunch at camp. After relaxing by the pool this afternoon, you'll head out on your first evening game drive once the heat drops. The landscape here is dramatic, and wildlife is all around you.

Masai Mara
Game drives happen both morning and afternoon over these two days. Early mornings work best since animals are more active before temperatures climb. If you want a different view, a hot air balloon safari at dawn lets you float silently above the plains, forests, and rivers.

Masai Mara to Arusha
Your last sunrise at Masai Mara starts with tea or coffee on the veranda, followed by a final breakfast before driving back to Nairobi. You'll stop at Great Rift Valley for photos, then fly to Kilimanjaro and transfer to your lodge in Arusha for the night.

- Day 8
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Wake up to views of Mount Meru and have breakfast, then traverse the Great Rift Valley floor to reach Tarangire National Park. You'll spend the full day on a game drive seeing large elephant herds, and the day ends watching the sunset from your eco-friendly camp inside the park.

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
It's a long drive through one of the world's best game parks. You'll head toward Ngorongoro Crater's rim, descend into the Serengeti's endless plains, and spot golden-maned lions and leopards along the way. By evening you'll reach your tented camp in central Serengeti.

- Day 10
Serengeti National Park
Start with a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti when animals are most active. After breakfast under some shade trees, you'll relax through the afternoon, then head out again as the temperature cools for an evening drive. The day ends back at camp with drinks by the fire and dinner.

- Day 11
Serengeti to Karatu
You'll leave Serengeti and drive toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping at Olduvai Gorge, which is one of the world's most important prehistoric sites and known as the 'Cradle of Mankind'. Then you'll drive along the Crater Rim for spectacular views before continuing to your lodge in Karatu for a relaxing evening.

- Day 12
Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, head to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive on the crater floor, which offers some of the most thrilling wildlife spotting you can do. Back at your lodge you'll relax, catch your last African sunset, and have dinner while reflecting on everything you've seen.

Lake Manyara to Arusha
Visit Lake Manyara National Park in the morning on a game drive, where you'll see large flamingo populations and the famous tree-climbing lions. After a packed lunch, you'll transfer to Arusha Airport (or Kilimanjaro Airport for an extra fee). If interested, you can also arrange a connection to Zanzibar.
