  Well organized tour. God picked up in Jo'burg promptly and all transportation after that was top notch. I also liked that we were staying in the 'original' Kruger Park, and not in one of the many Game Reserves that have sprung up around it. I was fortunate enough to see the Top 5 and loads of other animals. There are 2 long game drives every day. I was a little disappointed that we took the exact same roads almost every time. A change of scenery once in a while would have been nice. The park itself is huge (about the size of Israel), so you'll only be seeing a small part of it, if you only spend a few days there. Since you come into contact with many different employees, it's difficult to get a personal relationship with any of them (for tipping purposes I mean). I ended up giving the game driver I used the most, all my tips, when he had found for me the last of the Big 5. I can highly recommend this trip to anyone with an interest in the wonderful african wildlife!Show more

  I was a disappointed from this 4D/3N Kruger safari. The program should be reviewed by Bamba Experience as it is not up-to-date. There was no campfire in the evening and no traditional dance at the camp as stated on the program. Furthermore, if you choose to go on the panorama route trip, be aware that you will leave at 8:30 and come back around 4pm, so that you will miss 2 safaris on that day and not only one as stated on the program. The organisation by Outlook Safaris was not very good, rather confused and very African, so that the times agreed upon would not really mean anything, and nobody had a list of the people taking part in the safari trips. On the second day of my safari I was forgotten at the camp for the afternoon drive because they decided to leave at 14:40 instead of 15:00 as agreed upon, I was speechless!!! Nobody will contact you to inform you about the pick-up time for the beginning of your safari, I had to call myself the day before and it was very difficult to get hold of somebody as it was a Sunday and nobody was working. I am not sure I would book this safari again!! And, if you can, choose another month instead of January for a Kruger safari, we got lots of rain at the camp and during the safaris. It is not funny at all to start the dayat 6:00am and get wet for 3 hours while spotting no animals at all because of the rain!! Show more

We are very sorry to hear that overall your experience with our company was not satisfying. We’ll check with our local providers to understand what happened in each case. I can imagine that they didn’t made the campfire or the traditional dance because of the rain, like you said, it had to much in that days, probably because of this they skip this activities. We will also investigate why did you miss the second safari, was not supposed to be this way. The same with the change of departure time without notice. Thank you again for reporting, this way we’ll make sure that this do not happen again to other travellers. We appreciate your tip about the season, we will analyze the possibility of not offering this tour at this time, or let clearer to our travellers about the rain on january. Anyway, Kruger National Park it is an amazing destiny with a lot of nature and wild animal life.
