  It is a lovely area to explore but otherwise I would not recommend this tour. We were taken around various attractions but note you pay for all of these additionally, which I didn’t appreciate from the advertised inclusions/exclusions - make sure you take plenty of cash. At most of these you are pressured to buy items at higher tourist prices which was uncomfortable. Our driver was lovely but barely spoke any English so definitely not a guide. Various parts of the itinerary were not covered without explanation, and I think a lot was lost in translation. I struggle to understand what we paid for given the poor accomodation we stayed at - 2 nights in Munnar were in the middle of nowhere with a view of a power station rather than the tea plantations. The houseboat was not the quaint traditional variety shown in photos, but instead a big dirty boat. Hairs on the pillows, filthy room and an unbearable stink in the bathroom that we were reluctant to use. I contacted the tour company about it and received a very dismissive response telling me it was an upgrade which was pretty frustrating. There are cheaper tour options online covering the same activities that are transparent about inclusions/exclusions and likely accomodation options so would suggest choosing a different company, or simply arranging your own driver and booking better quality places for less money. Overall the tour felt like a complete disappointment and very misleading so 2 stars feels generous - I have give it that only because I would feel bad for the driver.Show more

Monument and sightseeing entry tickets were clearly mentioned under exclusions at the time of booking, as these are payable directly and can vary based on guest preference. Regarding the Munnar stay and houseboat experience, the properties provided were within the confirmed category. However, we take cleanliness concerns very seriously and will address this immediately with the concerned partners to ensure service standards are maintained. The tour included a professional driver for transportation. A separate English-speaking guide can always be arranged on request, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding regarding this. Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us, and your feedback helps us improve. We genuinely regret that the experience did not fully match your expectations and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

  I am very thankful to the tour agency for making such a good tour, Miss Parvati briefed us well and arranged everything very well, all the hotels were well rated, we were 3 people, we were on triple sharing in a houseboat but we were not able to adjust, they provided us 1 room and as it was a 3 star package, deluxe houseboat was included, we were provided premium houseboat without any extra cost, I highly recommend it.Show more

  Parvati from Yoganshi Travel was amazing to work with while planning our Kerala tour. I had spoken to a few travel agencies, but Parvati was the only one who truly understood my priority, which was seeing elephants. She customized the trip to give us the best opportunities for elephant sightings. The hotels she suggested were wonderful. We stayed at Munnar Summer Castle, which was beautiful and very comfortable, and then experienced an amazing stay on a premium houseboat. The houseboat had 8 rooms, was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food and overall service were excellent, and since it was a new houseboat, everything felt fresh and luxurious. My son and I had an unforgettable time on this trip and would love to visit Kerala again.Show more
