Monument and sightseeing entry tickets were clearly mentioned under exclusions at the time of booking, as these are payable directly and can vary based on guest preference. Regarding the Munnar stay and houseboat experience, the properties provided were within the confirmed category. However, we take cleanliness concerns very seriously and will address this immediately with the concerned partners to ensure service standards are maintained. The tour included a professional driver for transportation. A separate English-speaking guide can always be arranged on request, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding regarding this.
