He has a great knowledge of the park and the animals, is a very good driver and very friendly and humble. Everything worked out, the staff was friendly, reliable & helpful. I would have liked a little more comfort in the accommodation, but for 3 nights it was perfectly ok. It was very kind of Gracepatt to allow me to spontaneously change my original 4-day Masai Mara safari to 3 days plus 1 day Lake Nakuru! Thanks again!!! To criticise: The two guides/driver (Izack & Francis) could have provided more information about the itinerary. For example, when & where we would have lunch/dinner. In addition, the timing should have been better adapted to the tourists. We had breakfast twice very early (06:00/06:30) & then lunch again at 14:00/14:30. 8 hours between breakfast and lunch is a very long time for Europeans.
