Our maximum group size for this particular tour is 8x persons, this is due to the exclusivity and size of the Safari lodges, particularly in the Okavango Delta. However, as your group size is below 12x persons we are able to accommodate your group as a private tour depending on availability of accommodation and charter flights into the Okavango Delta for your preferred travel dates.

We have bookended a week available to visit Botswana arriving 22nd August, departing 28th August for Uganda. This itinerary is ideal except we would have 6 nights available only rather than 7. Any options available for us do you think?

It has been mentioned to me that leaving Botswana for Entebbe may be easier from Victoria Falls airport than say Maun. I'm not familiar with the name of the airport you mention but presumably it's the same airport. And yes, we must depart on the 28th august.

Is it possible to find alternative tour departures similar to my original Botswana trip around October 15th?

We utilize a variety of hotel & lodge establishments within Botswana and Zimbabwe. Lodges in the Okavango have a maximum of 8 to 10 rooms. All lodges in the Okavango are high end luxury safari lodges equivalent to 5 star. Accommodation in Maun, Nata, Chobe and Victoria Falls are safari lodges equivalent to 3 & 4 star. All accommodation are clean and comfortable, with hot showers, safe clean water, mosquito netting, air conditioners or fans.

From the start of the trip when I was picked at at VFA by Khoza until I was dropped off it was a great experience....
From the start of the trip when I was picked at at VFA by Khoza until I was dropped off it was a great experience. The drive to Botswana, seeing baboons and elephant was interesting with Khoza providing explanations along the way. The accommodation and restaurant were fine. Khoza had a problem with my USB socket fixed very quickly. The combined day with the Game Drive and Sunset cruise on the Chobe was sublime. Both the driver and pilot chatted with colleagues to find the best views and animals. Having said that the most spectacular part was the Victoria Falls. The sight, sound and soaking provided an unforgettable experience. Crossing the bridge to Zambia was fun too. I should not omit the additional Village experience, which is well worth adding to the trip. There was a read-across to the crofting way of life back home in the Hebrides. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
