Could you please tell me if there is a lot of walking or hill climbing on this tour?

This tour will require light walking with minimal steps or inclines; terrain mostly flat and even. To fully participate, it may be required to navigate steps, inclines, uneven or cobblestone surfaces, or stand for brief periods of time.

Is there a porter service at the hotels, or will the travellers be required to handle their own luggage? Where are the hotels mostly located, specifically the first hotel in Copenhagen? Are they located close to the airport?

We do not offer porterage for our Cosmos tours. The guests will be responsible for handling their own luggage. Cosmos uses both centrally located hotels and residential area hotels. If not centrally located, hotels will usually have a restaurant on the property or have facilities within easy walking distance. Once booked guests will be notified of the hotels we typically use but they will not be confirmed until 30 days prior till travel.

will the benefits still be enjoyed by them?

They will be able to enjoy the same amenities as they would if they were to book directly.

Do you have any trips planned for Scandinavia or Baltic region in Nov 2025?

Most of our tours running through Scandinavia and the Baltics will have their last departure for the year in October. I would recommend checking out some of our Globus Escapes tours for off-season travel.

I'm a solo traveler and willing to share room with another traveler. Is it possible to make that arrangement? I'm not willing to pay the entire price for a single room. Kindly suggest.

We are unable to allow single travelers to share accommodations. You will be booked in a single room and you will be responsible for the single supplement fee.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Cosmos. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Cosmos will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Cosmos" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
