  Excellent trip, my family of 5, went on this great tour and I can't thank our tour guides enough, James, shakes and Isaac guided us in different locations, very knowledgeable and friendly, we stayed at colosseum hotel, Nyati safari lodge and Shongwe oasis great accommodation choice and we received exceptional service. Our tour coordinator Bronah ensured we had all the information we needed 1 week before tour departed, and recommended family friendly activities in Victoria falls. Overall this tour is an excellent choose for a family and couples.Show more

  What are the most important things in this human society? Time and Money. They are valuables that we have earned...
  What are the most important things in this human society? Time and Money. They are valuables that we have earned and used as we are still alive and healthy enough. We trusted your company to spend them for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration. Because we are retirees, we don’t have a lot of money and time. From the beginning our trip was ruined by arriving at the wrong airport. Ms. Bronah was informed that we have chosen JNB (before we purchased the flight tickets) in WhatsApp because she said that ‘… for Cape Town, any airport…’ I messaged her and sent her our flight information one year in advance. With what I sent her last year, she did not correct us until we arrived at JNB, and she said ‘…. What are you doing there?.... ‘ As the results, we spent R3,455.00 on a hotel, and R7,028.12 for our flights. She deleted our conversations on WhatsApp; which showed that she said that airport/hotel transfers are included, but a few months later, she asked for $90. We paid. She rushed us to pay for domestic flights, as soon as we booked, last year, and said that she wanted us to fly with the group and ticket prices are increasing. When we arrived at the hotel; there was no group. She booked two flights from Kruger to Victoria for us with two different airlines and times. FastJet for my husband and Airlink for me. I would have to wait in the airport for one hour after my husband’s flight. As a result, we spent $1,090.00 so we could fly together. We had to pay Insika Lodge $368.00 for the extra night and found out that the next three nights, that were included in the package, had not been paid by Little Roz Tours. Now that we have spent money with much stress for our vacation/celebration. I would like to explain time. Because Ms. Bronah failed to inform us last year which airport we should arrive at, we could not rest due to long flight and jetlag. Can you imagine being in a foreign country and don’t know where to go? It’s late in the day and we are not young and expect to get stressed for our celebration. This is a vacation. With the start of catastrophe, we did not know what would happen next, we had to miss one day of game drive because we could not find tickets to fly on the day that we were supposed to. What happened to the payment that we paid last year, and she could not book a couple, celebrating their anniversary, to fly together in a foreign country. We have chosen Little Roz Tours from you, and trusted that our lifetime memories are well paid for. We know that you have chosen Little Roz Tours for a reason because you know we will pay for what we are looking for. Responsible companies don’t just collect money and don’t care how customers experience would be because we are retirees and don’t have much time to live. We trust that we would be able to be reimbursed for our mishaps and decide to continue to use your company again.Show more

  Hie Howard Thank you for feedback and we work on improving our customer service, we are sorry that you had a quite terrible experience on this tour. We understand you and Bronah had a miscommunication after checking all your chats with Bronah that she Clearly took you that you book your flights to Cape Town and you booked to arrive in Johannesburg. Apart from you communicating with her it clearly stated on the tour information that the tour starts in Cape Town, South African not Johannesburg, on this tour Johannesburg is not included at all. Please note Bronah uses a company account with sittings that do not permit her to delete any messages the same on this platform she cannot delete any messages she has sent. From our records your accommodation in Johannesburg was refunded to you in full and the flight from Johannesburg to cape was 60% refunded to you despite the information clearly stating where the tour starts from Cape Town, and your tour was privatised. Normally if you have a communication breakdown or a challenge during tour you let the person guiding you to correct the situation, but from the phone calls recording you clearly told her to stop instead of allowing her to guide you of the problem properly as she is the one that is responsible for organising your tour, but you stopped her and took over all the decisions by yourself. From call recordings, Enock from Kruger clearly told Bronah that you not wish her to fix the flights anymore and you decided to book your flights directly knowing very well that they won’t be any refund if not handled by our team which she repeatedly asked him to confirm. Group passports are sent to the airport for ticketing , hence the difference flight arrangements. To make up for that we upgraded your accommodation in Victoria falls? Upgraded your cruise, we took you for a Chobe day trip at 65% discount trying to ensure you have a great experience onwards. We are apologies for all the inconvenience caused and we working towards an improved customer service, we value your feedback
