My wife and I just completed the 10 days El Salvador Complete tour operated by Inter Tours and led by tour guide/driver, Alex. We were very pleased by the tour and the opportunity to see all major areas of El Salvador. Our guide Alex was very personable and helpful as well as being extremely knowledgeable. His extra efforts were superb. We traveled through much of the country and found the history, archeology and geology to be very interesting. Everything promised by the tour was carefully covered. The hotels are good and very adequate. Several are older and have a great deal of charm and character though they didn't always have all modern conveniences. The food was very good and everyone was pleasant and helpful. We never had a negative experience and many people greeted us to their country. We have traveled to a great many places and were very pleased with our trip to El Salvador and especially impressed by our guide Alex who always took pains to be sure we were well taken care of. We felt completely safe at all times and are of the opinion that we received good value for the money spent. We were pleased that Inter Tours was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival and transported us back to the airport at conclusion of the tour. The airport is considerable distance from San Salvador and not having to worry about getting yourself back and forth from a starting and final hotel was really a major help and I would encourage travelers to consider that service when booking.Show more

I need further clarification. 1) You say this tour starts Monday and Tuesday...but on the 3rd or 4th or 10th or 11th? 2) Plus you still have not told me if it is a 9 day tour or 10 day tour. 3) And you are saying this tour ends in Las Tunas?
