Your driver will meet you at Entebbe International Airport and drive you to your accommodation. It's a straightforward transfer to settle in for the night.

Jinja White Water Rafting
After breakfast, you're heading to Jinja for white water rafting on the Nile River. The day covers about 31 km of rapids, and you'll get a barbeque lunch with drinks included. You can pick either a full-day or half-day option depending on your preference.

- Day 3
Travel to Kibale National Park
You'll drive to Kibale National Park in western Uganda after breakfast, which takes roughly 8 hours. The route passes through small towns, villages, tea farms, and markets that show off the countryside. There's a lunch stop in Fort Portal town, and you'll arrive at the park with time to rest.

Landmarks Kibale National Park Fort Portal - Day 4
Kibale Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Swamp Walk
Early breakfast comes first, then you're off to the Kibale National Park office for a chimpanzee tracking briefing. The guided walk lets you search for chimps and 12 other primate species, spending up to an hour with them once you find them. After lunch, you'll visit a community and walk through Bigodi Swamp to spot the great blue Turaco bird and other wildlife.

Amabere Caves & Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, you'll explore the Amabere ga nyina mwiru caves, located 10km from Fort Portal, then hike the explosion crater lakes in the area. Lunch happens back in Fort Portal before visiting the Tooro Kingdom Palace. Later that evening, you're driven toward Queen Elizabeth National Park with views of the Rwenzori Mountains along the way.

Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari & Kazinga Channel Cruise
An early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park gets your day started after breakfast. You're looking for lions, leopards, giant forest hogs, cape buffalos, and elephants with the Rwenzori Mountains in the background. After lunch, a 2 to 3 hour boat cruise down the Kazinga Channel into Lake Edward shows you hippos and over 600 bird species.

Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, you're driven from Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in about 6 hours. The route takes you through the Kigezi Highlands, known as the 'Switzerland of Africa,' with terraced hills and winding roads. There's a lunch stop in Kabale before reaching the Bwindi forest.

- Day 8
Mountain Gorilla Tracking
This is the tour's highlight. You'll head into the Bwindi forest in small groups of 8 or fewer early after breakfast to search for mountain gorillas. Your guide points out signs like dung, nests, and chewed bamboo as you trek the forested slopes. Spending up to an hour with the gorillas is the reward, then you return to relax at the lodge for the rest of the day.

- Day 9
Travel to Lake Mburo National Park
You're leaving Bwindi for Lake Mburo National Park after breakfast, with a lunch stop in Mbarara. Lake Mburo is where you'll see zebras in Uganda, along with buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, elands, antelopes, and Ankole cattle. An afternoon boat ride on the lake lets you see birds and hippos.

- Day 10
Lake Mburo Safari Walk & Return to Entebbe
After breakfast, you'll take a wildlife safari walk in Lake Mburo with an armed ranger. Zebras graze alongside Ankole cattle, and an early start might show you hyenas in their cave. Following lunch at the lodge, you're driven back to Kampala with stops at the Mpigi Royal Drum Makers to see traditional drum-making and the equator for photos.

After breakfast, your guide takes you to the airport for your flight to Masai Mara with Aerolink. Once you arrive at your accommodation, you'll have time to settle in before dinner.

- Day 12
Masai Mara Full Day Game Drive
After early breakfast, you're out for a full day of game drives depending on migration patterns and weather. Masai Mara is known for black mane lions and the annual wildebeest migration. You'll spot the Big Five and other plains game, with the Mara River running through the landscape. A picnic lunch happens during the drives, and you return to the lodge in the evening.

Departure from Masai Mara
You have the option for an early morning game drive before returning for breakfast at the lodge. After eating, you begin heading back to Nairobi around mid-morning with a brief stop in Narok town. From there, you continue to Nairobi and JKIA for your onward flight, wrapping up the Gorillas and Masai Mara Safari.
