  We had a full 2 week adventure packed with a lot of action, fun and amazing things to spot and see. We were guide by the amazing Emma. He always made sure where comfortable and feel safe during our trip. We also felt very safe while him driving and felt also asleep multiple times, when its not time for African massage (roads that are not paved). We always had water prepared in the Jeep. It was very comfortable to ride in and with the open roof we could enjoy the safari rides even more. After a dirty ride Emma was washing the car for our next adventure. Emma is amazing at spotting wild animals during safaris where we were amazed by his talents. He found 2 lions in the same safari! He was very informative about cool facts about animals and also told us the story of the lions jacob and Tibu we have found. The lodges and hotels we had were comfortable. The food was always good - but the portions in Uganda are for 2 people not for one. Emma also made sure we our 3 meals per day and whenever possible hot. The activities were good balance but we recommend to be a good hiker for the gorilla and golden monkey trekking.Show more

Highlights included rhino tracking on foot in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, game drives and a boat safari on the Nile in Murchison Falls National Park with elephants, lions, hippos and crocodiles as well as the unforgettable chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park. The gorilla trekking in Bwindi was physically demanding but absolutely magical - we will never forget experiencing silverbacks, mothers and young animals up close. For adventure lovers, the Rwenzori trek and the ascent of Mount Sabinyo (3,669 m, on the border with Uganda, Rwanda and the Congo) were particular highlights - challenging, wild and spectacularly scenic. Queen Elizabeth National Park, especially the Ishasha sector, offered a classic safari feeling and beautiful landscapes. At the end of the trip, we also had a special Lion Experience near Entebbe, where we were able to see animals such as giraffes, zebras, lemurs and even baby lions up close - a very emotional and unforgettable end to the trip. This tour is ideal for travelers who want to experience Uganda intensively, authentically and adventurously. You should be prepared for long drives, difficult roads and physically demanding hikes - but it is absolutely worth it.Show more

  It was a most amazing adventure. We were treated like vips for the duration of the trip. Our driver/guide was so attentive to all of our needs. He addressed any concerns we had and was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and would enlighten us on any cultural questions we had. We were entertained both on the safaris as well as on any of the longer drives we had. The food was excellent for the most part. Our biggest complaint was the excessive proportions we would receive. Devine has been very responsive to any questions we had before departure time. It certainly has been an adventure of a lifetime. Even if the trekking to the gorillas was somewhat challenging, I highly recommended this adventure.Show more

  I enjoyed an excellent experience on this 14 day tour. It provides the opportunity to see almost all of the African animals that you would hope to see on any safaris in Africa with the addition of viewing gorillas, chimpanzees, and golden monkeys close-up in beautiful jungle environments. The tour also provided the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Uganda from the amazing countryside landscape to the fascinating people that live there. I have traveled in several other African countries on previous safaris and adding this tour to my resume allowed me to have a more total experience when is comes to enjoying all that Africa has to offer in terms of its rare animals and stunning environments.Show more
