The experience with Tour Radar and the actual tour company which provided services (City of Sultans) was not what I was expecting. I have been on many group tours which usually involve a group of people traveling together with an in person leader who travels with the group and assists with any issues. While we had an online , through WhatsApp, contact, there was really no point person with us other than the site specific guides each day. This was a fast paced tour which was promoted as a small GROUP tour and not the experience we had. While the guides were excellent, the overall experience is not one i will book again.Show more

Also, be sure to verify what is proposed in the tour group's brochure with the itinerary which is delivered a few days before the tour commences. I found a problem with the amount of lunches, and I had to manually ask for the extra lunch or two to match with the original brochure. Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with City of Sultans. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
