Just completed a 7 night cruise on MV Rhapsody (Split-Split) covering numerous ports and Islands in Croatia. The small boat was great as it docked in some cases right in town allowing easy access to town centre. Daily swims in nice bays in morning followed by afternoon or nightly walks in town filled our days. The boat was modern and cabins comfortable. Cabins were cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets changed twice during the trip. Meals were great except for the “buffet BBQ” which consisted of fish fingers and 2 types of sausages. A complete let down compared to all the other meals provided. Staff were polite and helpful. No laundry service available however if your budget allows, go for upper deck cabins which have a balcony. You can then wash your clothes and allow them to dry outside. Plenty of open spaces in sundeck in top deck or mid deck. Hot and cold filtered water freely available but “free” coffee and tea facilities only available during meal times and will close exactly on time which means after that everything is purchased. Overall a good cruise in modern small ship.Show more

The Katarina Line ship ship Rhapsody is a very nice ship, but, overall, it is not 5 stars. The crew, and food are excellent, but the staterooms leave much to be improved. Showers allowed water to run all over the bathroom floor. staterooms were quite small. Hot water for the showers took 3 days to get, and was spotty after that. Air conditioning in the stateroom was non existent. Other than the staterooms, I would give this ship about 4.5 stars, but the staterooms I would rate no more than 3 stars.Show more
