Hi Tanya, Thank you for your feedback. It is always appreciated. We are sorry that the cruise did not entirely meet your expectations. We know that due to changes beyond our control lead to a changes in the cruise from the one originally booked and planned. 2 days is not an ideal time to spend on the cruise to get the full feeling of it. The tipping is not obligated and totally up to the guests to decided. We are sorry if you felt pressured or any discomfort. - LL

For the swim stops they are designed so the guest's to experience something different and to take a swim in places they are usually not be able to. But there is a dingy on board available on requests for the guests who preferer to swim from the beach. We are sorry that the cruise did not entirely meet your expectations. The small ship cruise is always effected with the weather conditions and the captain is always prioritizing the guests safety over itinerary. Sometimes the higher category ships (Deluxe and Deluxe Superior category) can pass with a stronger waves at sea were the lower category ships can not. Also there is a lot of traffic in the ports during the sailing season and it is possible that a ship needs to wait before the permission for the port authority to enter the port. The smoking is been reduced on board but there are still members of the crew that do smoke. They are doing it always on the outside but as ships are not that big we can understand how it can cause some discomfort for the non smokers. We will pass your review to the captain and the crew.Debbie
