Katarina Line commented on this reviewHi Greg, Thank you for your feedback. It is always appreciated. We are sorry that the cruise did not entirely meet your expectations. The small ship cruise is always effected with the weather conditions and the captain is always prioritizing the guests safety over itinerary. Sometimes the higher category ships (Deluxe and Deluxe Superior category) can pass with a stronger waves at sea were the lower category ships can not. Also there is a lot of traffic in the ports during the sailing season and it is possible that a ship needs to wait before the permission for the port authority to enter the port. The smoking is been reduced on board but there are still members of the crew that do smoke. They are doing it always on the outside but as ships are not that big we can understand how it can cause some discomfort for the non smokers. We will pass your review to the captain and the crew.- CBcollin5 - ExcellentWritten on June 3rd, 2026
