The van we had was horrible. There were 8 of us and it was extremely uncomfortable, both on the 8 hour journey (I had to take some of my stuff on my lap and I couldn't stretch my legs) and during the safari, we couldn't take pictures comfortably because there were too many people. I saw all the other vans and all of them had 4 to 5 people max. Also, my new charger and camera battery were stolen at the Lenchada Camp and nobody wanted to take responsibility for it, when I told the manager he did absolutely nothing.Show more

We apologise you felt uncomfortable for this tour. The group safari before covid is for 8 people , after covid we have reduced to 6 people for social distancing. We advise all clients who want their own space to book a private safari. The manager at Lenchada camp told us that he has sorted the issue with the charger . All in all as the manager of the company i take full responsibility if your experience was not as per your expectations and the Honourable thing is to Apologise and we will use this as an eye opener to give future clients a better experience

  4 days Group Joining safari to Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru National Park
  
  Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara - At 8 o'clock you will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel and commence the drive to Maasai Mara. You will pass via the great rift valley view point where you will have a stop over of 10 -15 minutes to view the rift valley. Lunch will be at the camp in Maasai Mara. In the afternoon after you check in depart for a sunset evening game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve (4.00 to 6.00 p.m.). Return back to the camp for buffet dinner. (The tents have toilet, shower, bed, linen and mosquito nets. Electricity is provided from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the evening. Also from 6:00 am to 8:00 am in the morning).
  
  Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara Reserve - At around 7:00 am after breakfast, you will leave for a full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and the annual wildebeest's migration. At midday, You will have picnic lunch in the park which is provided by us. You will visit the site of the yearly wildebeest migration and see the resident crocodiles and hippos sited at the banks of Mara river.
  
  Day 3: Depart Maasai Mara to Nakuru - Early breakfast then depart for your drive to Lake Nakuru with a brief stop at Maasai Village for cultural encounter- Learn about the Masai community and interact with the local Masai people as you en route out of Maasai Mara.
  
  Day 4 : Nakuru to Nairobi - You will have an early breakfast then checkout and depart by 7am to straight to the park. There is also a possibility to see the pink flamingos. The game drive lasts 3 hours, after which you depart on a 3-hour drive back. Lunch will be on the way.
