I want to 2 night stay in Las Vegas and Universal studio cover In your package

the passengers would like to add 2 more nights in Las Vegas in addition to the 2 nights already included. If this is indeed the case, then I regret to inform you this is not possible as the itineraries of our Escorted Tours are pre-set and fixed, it is not possible to customize them and to add extra overnight stays in the middle of the tour. Also, i regret to inform you we cannot add admission to Universal Studios to the tour.

I'm interested in this tour starting on the 9th of May. Please could you confirm that this tour will be operated in English and also whether you have enough people booked on for this date for the tour to be confirmed?

Unfortunately the departure of May 9 is not guaranteed to operate at this time, and will in fact most likely be canceled. Our first guaranteed departure with narration in English would be August 12.

Am a wheelchair user. Can I join the tour?

Motor coaches are NOT equipped with wheelchair lift. Wheelchairs must be collapsible and stored in luggage compartment. Self-propelled/motorized wheelchairs not accepted. Passengers with disabilities must be accompanied by an able companion who can assist with personal needs. Wheelchair accessible rooms can be requested but not guaranteed.

Overall our family had a great experience The tour guides were nice and helpful , our second tour guide Gratyana was especially very knowledgeable and organized and gave equal explanations in all 3 languages The hotel booked in Vegas , as to the Luxor could get a better option with atleast a coffee machine or a water cooker in the room Some of the important points within a city were always only in the Optional tour and not in the core programme . Atleast it should be seen to it that the top 5 attractions in a city were included within the core program even if it calls for revising the core prices Wake-up alarms at hotels were not necessary as we had our own alarms and were thought to be a forceful imposed botheration 😜Show more
