Single supplements are not applicable on any Adventure-style tour. Solo passengers will share a 2-man canvas tent (camping) or a twin-bed room (accommodated) with a fellow solo passenger of the same gender.

What is the Adventure Pass?

Every Acacia Overland tour has an Adventure Pass which is paid to your tour leader in Africa at the beginning of the tour (or pre-paid by arrangement prior to your tour). This is separate and in addition to the Tour Price, and covers selected park entries, activities and excursions along the way where payment goes directly to the supplier to ensure local suppliers benefit directly from the income.

  Our adventure camping/ accommodated tours do not carry a single supplement and so we cannot offer a single tent. The 05Sept departure is unfortunately showing unavailable. We can offer instead the tour that runs in the reverse later in the month: start Nairobi 28Sep/ end DAR 07Oct.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Acacia Adventure Holidays. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 61 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Acacia Adventure Holidays will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Acacia Adventure Holidays" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
