    This is a fully-guided 14-day tour visiting 11 countries, starting and ending in Amsterdam. The tour package already includes:
    
    13 nights accommodation in 3 & 4-star hotels
    13 breakfasts and 7 dinners
    Travel by air-conditioned coach
    An experienced tour leader and various included sightseeing experiences across Europe
    
    Some of the highlights include Amsterdam canal cruising, Rhine Valley wine tasting, Prague and Florence guided tours, Venice, Paris, Swiss mountain scenery, Pisa, Budapest, Vienna and much more.
    
    If you would prefer your own room, a private room upgrade can usually be added. The cost varies per departure date and is subject to change depending on availability. You can proceed to the checkout page and select the private room option there — the final additional amount should then display before payment.
    
    Airport transfers are unfortunately not included with the tour. However, once your booking is confirmed, we'll be happy to share helpful external transport links and guidance for getting to/from the meeting point.
    
    As for travel insurance, yes — you may absolutely use health/travel insurance from your own country. During checkout, you may also see an option to add insurance through our partner, depending on your country of residence. Once you enter your details, the available options (if applicable) should appear automatically.

  I downloaded the app and there are 2 different dates for the app and the website. I wanted to book the trip for June 18th but that option is not on the app. Where can I find that option?

    On this 14-day, multi-country itinerary, you'll be travelling by air-conditioned coach between most major cities and destinations. These travel segments are usually broken up with regular stops for rest, photos, lunch, and sightseeing along the way, so you're not on the bus continuously for very long stretches.
    
    Average daily travel:
    On most days, the bus travel between places is moderate — typically around 2 to 4 hours at a time — giving you plenty of chances to get off, stretch your legs, and enjoy scenic stops between Amsterdam, Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Venice, the Swiss Alps, Paris, and more.
    
    Longest travel segment:
    There will be a few longer travel days — for example, when crossing several countries in one go — which can be closer to 5–6 hours maximum on the coach. These are less frequent and usually include breaks so the journey still feels comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout the tour, your Tour Leader will keep everyone informed about estimated travel times and planned stops, making it easy to relax, enjoy the scenery, and make the most of your travel days.

  how do this travel works, we will be travelling from canada and how do we meet with the travel agent or the tour group? Also would it be possible to book the trip but pay later as we will need the confirmation of the itinerary for the visa.

    Once you arrive in Europe, you'll simply make your own way to the tour's starting point (usually the first hotel in the starting city). There, you'll meet your Tour Leader and the rest of the group at the scheduled meeting time on Day 1—full details (including the exact hotel and time) will be shared in your Tour Leader Announcement (TLA) closer to departure.
    
    Regarding payment, yes—you can absolutely secure your booking with a deposit and pay the remaining balance later. This will allow us to confirm your booking and provide the necessary documents, such as your itinerary, which you can use to support your visa application (if needed, however at this time, Canadian passport holder doesn't require visa on entering Europe). Please note that while we aim to provide accurate guidance, we are not a registered visa agency. We strongly recommend confirming this information with a reputable travel or visa agent, as entry requirements can change unexpectedly.

    I just have one more question. I saw that you require us to obtain the insurance, I was just wondering this is the same a travel health insurance or this is travel insurance for the tour only? Please clarify.

    Travel insurance is a must-have for our tours, and as long as you have a valid travel insurance policy, you're good to go—even a basic one is acceptable. That said, we do highly recommend choosing a more comprehensive plan, as it offers better protection for things like trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
    
    It's essentially your safety net while traveling, so we recommend choosing a policy that gives you full peace of mind throughout your trip
