We will be traveling from Europe. Should we know sth before we book? Any advices or hints will be very welcome.

You should definitely look for flights to Ulaanbaatar (UBN). We provide airport pickup services as part of our package. If you decide to arrive a day or two early to adjust to the time difference—which we actually recommend—we can easily arrange to pick you up from your hotel in the city instead of the airport. We understand the current unpredictability of international travel. We can certainly accommodate a start date that is a day earlier or later to align with your flight schedule. Just let us know your final itinerary once you have it. Since you are traveling from Europe, keep in mind that flight durations can be long. Most travelers find it helpful to have at least one "buffer day" in Ulaanbaatar to rest before heading out into the countryside.

I am highly interested a 4/5 day tour with my 3 family members. Preferably visiting the Steppe and dunes. However, the women want to know what the toilet and shower situations will be throughout these days. Detailed information would be very helpful, as they want to prepare accordingly.

So If you want to came Gobi, you should take a minimum 5 days tour. Additionally, before I thought could came for my self, but actually ir impossible. Should take tour because No public buses and always off road, Moreover there is no town, Should find gel hotels.Show more

  If I want to combine Orkhon Valley 2D 1N tour with the Gobi, which do you recommend to first? Can you let me know the approximate ending time for this tour on day two (back to Ulaanbaatar?) as well as day 5 for the Gobi tour?

  I would suggest you need at least 9 days in your tour if you want to combine with Orkhon valley. Because, from Gobi to Orkhon we will have to take other path from Ulaanbaatar, so first we should come back in Ulaanbaatar wherever we started.
