    Colin

    Asked on July 2nd, 2026

Which of the 2 pickup/dropoff locations is near the airport or can you recommend some hotels that are easy to get to with Uber from the airport for a night before the tour and the night of the last date of the tour?

    Accommodation
    Flights / Transfers
    • Incredible AdventuresOperator•Written July 2026

For your pickup, we recommend the Hilton San Francisco Union Square (Mason St. entrance). This location is the most convenient option if you are flying into SFO, as it is about 25–35 minutes by Uber from the airport and located in a central area with many hotel options.
The alternative pickup point, Dublin BART Station, is farther from the airport and generally better suited for guests already staying in the East Bay.

      Hotel recommendations:
Near SFO (first night after arrival):
      Grand Hyatt at SFO
      Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront
      Aloft San Francisco Airport

Near Union Square (best for tour pickup):
      Hotel Zeppelin San Francisco
      Handlery Union Square Hotel
Parc 55 San Francisco – a Hilton Hotel

A common option is to stay near SFO on arrival night for convenience, then move to Union Square for easier access to the tour pickup.

    Asked on September 1st, 2025

Do you pick travelers up at specific locations in San Francisco such as hotels at the airport? When the tour is over will you drop travelers off at the San Francisco airport if they want to depart the day the tour ends?

    Tour Details
    Transport
    • Incredible AdventuresOperator•Written September 2025

For this tour, we currently offer only two established pickup locations: 8:15 AM – Hilton San Francisco Union Square (251 Mason St), East Entrance 9:15 AM – Dublin BART Station – Hacienda Exit (5801 Owens Dr, Pleasanton, CA 94588). At the end of the tour (Day 3), drop-off will be at the same locations as pickup.

Are you able fit a 20kg suitcase on the bus?

Yes, we can accommodate a 20kg suitcase on the bus without any problem.

  • P

    Pam

    Asked on June 7th, 2024

Is there any 3 day package for lake tahoe? Also, whats the difference between Yosemite Escape Camping and Yosemite Escape Lodging?

    Tour Details
    • Incredible AdventuresOperator•Written June 2024

We do not have a 3 day package for Lake Tahoe. The closest tour we offer would be our Yosemite and Tahoe Sierras Tour. The Yosemite Escape Camping and Yosemite Escape Lodging are very similar tours. They actually travel together during the day, including meals, and then each passenger will go to their selected accommodation in the evening.
