    We recommend consulting your doctor or a travel clinic for the most up-to-date advice on vaccinations and malaria prevention before your trip. For most travelers visiting Tanzania, malaria prophylaxis is recommended. Regarding Yellow Fever, a vaccination certificate is generally only required if you are arriving from or have transited through a country with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission. If you are traveling directly from a non-risk country, it is usually not required. Please let us know your travel route, and we will be happy to advise you further.

    If you are traveling alone and prefer a private room a single supplement will apply. If there is another solo traveler of the same gender willing to share you may not need to pay the supplement.

    The booking form shows only $50 per adult for the single supplement. Can you confirm that is the only cost that would need to be paid for a private room for the 9 day safari? The booking form doesn't indicate any other amount but I know single supplements can make a big difference. If there is a different amount to pay, please let me know as that could influence my decision.

    Yes I can confirm that the single supplement is USD 50 per person per night This is the only additional charge if you would like a private room during the 9-day safari. There are no other hidden single room fees. If you are happy to share with another solo traveler of the same gender (if available) you can avoid paying the single supplement.

At this time we do not have any Chinese-speaking guests confirmed for this departure. If that changes we will be happy to let you know.

    Yes it is possible to add a hot air balloon safari. The balloon flight is usually scheduled early in the morning while staying in the Serengeti and we can confirm the exact day when your safari is booked.
    
    It is also possible to upgrade your Serengeti accommodation. The additional cost will depend on the lodge or camp selected and availability for your travel dates.
    
    We would be happy to provide upgrade options and prices for your consideration.

    DAY 2: – STONE TOWN, PRISON ISLAND & SPICE TOUR
    Pick up from hotel at 08am after breakfast, begin your tour on a 1-hour walking tour of the
    UNESCO-listed Stone Town. Follow narrow streets lined with plastered buildings and elaborate
    Zanzibar doors, and find out how cultures from around the world blended in this coastal trading
    town. Pass some of Stone Town's 49 mosques, historic Christian churches and Hindu temples,
    and see distinctive, two-story private homes. Visit the architectural highlights of the area, from
    The Old Fort to the towering House of Wonders. Pass the former Sultan's Palace, a Roman
    Catholic cathedral, and the waterfront Old Dispensary. Board a motorized boat for Changuu, a
    picture-perfect tropical island with a tragic legacy of slave internment, prisons, and cholera and
    spot the slow-moving giant tortoises that roam the island, later take trip to Spice farm for 2
    hours tour it is a small farm in the rural area that grows multiple plants such as vanilla, nutmeg,
    medicinal and ornamental plants. This tour takes you to a farm to see and taste spices and
    fruits, you will get an opportunity to discover and experience tropical fruits, spices and herbs.

    convenient location for exploring the wildlife, get aboard of the boat and you will be welcomed
    with fresh fruits, then two snorkeling stops with snorkeling equipment at the natural lagoons,
    the experienced snorkeling guides will show you the pristine coral reef, which teems with
    tropical sea life. Instruction is also available for beginners; local snacks are available throughout
    the day. Enjoy your sea food lunch on Minai Island (it is Zanzibar's largest marine protected
    area). After long day of enjoy the sea and memorable tour you drive back to hotel for relax.

Even with one day in Serengeti, you can still enjoy excellent wildlife viewing and experience Tanzania's highlights.
