Bookings for September 2027 are not yet open on TourRadar. They are usually released about 12–18 months in advance so it should be available around early–mid 2026. Regarding discounts it's a bit early to confirm but we do occasionally offer deals so it's possible.

Do you cater for solo traveller in small group.

You can join one of our small group departures so you will travel together with other guests and share the safari experience. It's a great way to meet other travelers while keeping the cost affordable. If you prefer your own room a single supplement will apply.

Our tour normally starts in Moshi, and we usually arrange airport pick-up from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). If you arrive in Dar es Salaam you would need to take a domestic flight to Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Arusha and we can then pick you up from there to start the tour the following day. We are happy to assist you in arranging the domestic flight if needed.

How is the occupancy in the tent? We are 3 people and 2 are couples or all 3 in one tent?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Zara Tours (Zara Tanzania Adventures). The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Zara Tours (Zara Tanzania Adventures) will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Zara Tours (Zara Tanzania Adventures)" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
